This tour was the reason that I booked my vacation to Juneau and it did not dissapoint. I appreciate that the tour size was limited to 6 people. The pacing was great. Emma shared some knowledge along the way to make hiking more interesting and...More

Our family of seven (ages 14-55) found this to be the absolute best excursion on our cruise vacation. We decided to canoe versus hike to the glacier and were glad we did. The glacier trek was incredible. The colors were amazing. Getting inside an ice...More

This was a great experience but NOT for the faint of heart or body. On the good side the staff was friendly, on-time, knowledgeable and probably most important safety-conscious. The views from the lake were wonderful and the glacier trek was amazing. We got to...More

Hiked to the mendenhall glacier, and then put on crampons and hiked around the glacier - even did a little ice climbing. It was an awesome experience!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Picked us up from the cruise ship. We were given all the wet gear and set off. Beautiful scenery and lovely way to see it. Would have liked to get closer to both the glacier and waterfall.

Thank you for your review! Glad to hear you enjoyed yourself and yes, can't get too close to the dangerous features. Next time come ice climbing with us! We would love to take you!

The hike is challenging, so you must be fit enough to walk at a fast pace and be able to scramble up slippery rocks. It is also a reasonably long hike so don't expect a short, leisurely stroll! The Ice Caves are amazing, and walking...More
