This was an incredible trip with my teenage son. It was top notch with quality, safety, scenery, and guides. The views from every direction were amazing. Walking on a glacier was one of my most memorable outdoor adventures. We also got to kayak, which had it's own element of fun. The guides did an wonderful job keeping us safe, but... More

To walk on a glacier has been on my bucket list for many years and the experience was mind blowingly awesome! Matt was a fabulous guide and so easy to be with. I took hundreds of photos because everywhere I looked encompassed beauty I didn't even know existed. The experience of seeing the most icy blue colour ever and hearing... More

I was lucky enough to experience the beauty of Spencer glacier as part of an Adventure Travel conference and Matt (owner) and his team did not disappoint at all. All the equipment was in great condition, the guides knowledgable and fun and the experience one I will remember for a very long time!

I felt that I totally got my money's worth and the trip exceeded my expectations! It started off with a scenic train ride from Anchorage. Then we kayaked to the glacier while bypassing icebergs. Once at the glacier, we set off and found a huge hole to be lowered and climb up from. Afterwards, we explored the glacier and looked... More

I'd go back tomorrow and twice on Sunday, but I'd want Ryan as my guide. His knowledge and expertise truly made me feel welcome and safe!

Ryan was our guide and did a fabulous job accommodating the entire family from the fearless 17 year old boys to this Mom who was a bit leary when trying to cross those giant crevasses where you couldn't see the bottom:) Definitely one of the top 10 things I've ever done in my life!

What an amazing day. They staff is so friendly, fun and professional! I don't have enough good things to say. We started out our day by meeting at the yurt. Shortly afterwards we were shuttled to the train station near whittier. The train ride was quick but beautiful. After a quick orientation about kayaking we were off to explore Spencer... More

We did the Spencer Glacier 4 hour day hike. Evan was our guide. We got lucky and it was only me and my sister so we received all of Evans time!! We never shut up the whole hike! It's amazing the amount of subjects you can discuss with a stranger. Evan sure didn't feel like a stranger when we were... More
