We were collected from the hotel and spent a delightful four hours with Mi'i and her Land Rover, learning about the traditional uses of local trees and plants, some traditional weaving, a superb umukai lunch and having a look at a marae. Well worth it!

We did a private couples tour with Ngaa which was a great half day. He picked us up at our hotel and took us to his property where we worked together to prepare lunch as the islanders once did over the fire pit....with delicious results....More
