They say that Aitutaki is the jewel in the Crown of the Cook Islands and I would have to agree. This was a beautiful place to visit, if you get a chance to visit, do, it is a fabulous place to see.

It was with the proprietor of Matriki Beach Huts and I would use his services again. Take and use reef friendly suntan lotion.... More

We chose the Air Rarotonga Aitutaki Day Trip tour from Rarotonga. This incorporates flights and the Vaka Island & Lagoon cruise. It can be booked online with Air Rarotonga. We have travelled to Raro number off times and we finally took the plunge and forked out for a tour as most folk rave about the island. It was worth the... More

Wonderful clear and warm water with abundant coral and fishes. Be sure to see the giant clams near the marine preserve near the west end of the airstrip.

As we approached iby air what a treat lay in store for my wife and I. Were we in the real world or a fantasy land. Nothing can prepare yourself for the beauty of the lagoon. The colours are incredible. We spent two days on the lagoon island hopping from deserted island to deserted island. Picture postcard beaches, sensational wildlife... More
