You really do have to get out and see the lagoon - its incredble. Those colours are real, the water is warm, the wildlife is incredible! We went on a smaller boat and got more snorkelling in. LOVED IT!

Understand why it is wonder of the world. Lagoon is breathtaking. Snorkelling at One Foot Island is a must. Giant fish are great snorkelling buddies. 45 min flight from Rarotonga. A day visit a must as part of you itinerary.

Smaller boat thus less people and the cruise was delightful. Snorkelled for an hour in the clear warm waters of the lagoon with the GT's and saw clams. The BBQ on One Foot Island was lovely and plenty of food available

Totally recommend the VAKA CRUISE lagoon tour - great crew, stories & history, food, drinks & company - swimming with the Giant Trevally was a highlight!

Excellent! Peaceful! Tranquil! We truly did switch off from the outside world. We stayed in an over water bungalow and had the best views of the lagoon. The serene water left us in a dreamy state for four days! We want to go back!

Good Day Susie 5520 It all depends on what you want to do. If you are basically a person who just want to see the sites, sit around and sun tan, than I reckon three days will be just right. But if you are into fishing... More
