We invite you to book a Kia Orana morning or afternoon speedboat cruise...

We invite you to book a Kia Orana morning or afternoon speedboat cruise (for up to 10 people) when you come to Aitutaki. Whether you are an individual or a couple, a wedding party, or a group of friends, cruising around the Lagoon and visiting One Foot Island, and Honeymoon Island is one of the most memorable things to do in the whole of the Pacific.

We cruise to what we call "the seven wonders of paradise", and every island has something special to see and experience.

There were five of us on the Cruise - Captain Fantastic (Andrew) was a great guide and took us to some amazing islands, was knowledgeable and helpful. Had a lovely tasty but simple lunch presented on authentic plates made from the leaves. The snorkeling was great and we pretty much had the lagoon to ourselves. Definitely a day to remember.

No visit to Aitutaki is complete without a day out on it's beautiful crystal blue lagoon. There are several operators offering very different experiences, and this time (our second visit to Aitutaki), and on local's recommendation, we chose Kia Orana Cruises. We were picked up from our accommodation by Captain Fantastic, who lived up to his name. The tour offers... More

Went with Captain Fantastic on a wonderful day tour through the Aitutaki Lagoon! First of all he was super quick in responding to my email inquiry that I only sent to him 2 days prior to arrival. Confirmation was quick and he agreed to pick us up at the Cruise Ship landing spot. Arrived and there stood Andrew, waiting for... More

We had such an amazing day out with Captain Fantastic. Words can't describe how amazing the scenery is. The captain lived up to his name. Not only skippering the boat, but sung songs, told informative stories, and cooked an absolutely delicious lunch on a small tropical island. We even got to plant a coconut tree. Will have to go back... More

One of our highlights on Aitutaki was going to be a Lagoon Cruise. We did all the research and chose Kia Orana. We notified them when we arrived at the Aitutaki Lagoon Resort. The next day we went to the pickup area and waited for an hour. We finally called the front desk of our hotel and they called the... More

We loved our day out exploring the islands and snorkeling . With a faster boat you get more time to explore both in and out of the water. Two amazing snorkeling spots with giant clams and many colorful fish. Also a great way to meet other travelers. Our captain who we nicknamed captain awesome (captain fantastic's right hand man) was... More

We were initially booked on a different tour that cancelled at the last moment. Fortunately Kia Orana was able to accommodate us at the last min. and we're really glad that they could. The smaller boat lead to an intimate experience. We initially selected the other tour as we didn't think we would enjoy spending so much time visiting islands... More

The tour was ok, but I did regret booking with them. According to them, due to weather conditions we'd have to skip 2 islands and would most likely to visit 2 snorkel spots. At the end of the 1st snorkel spot, we were taken back to the harbour and informed the tour had ended. When asked about the other snorkel,... More

Entertaining lagoon tour of the beautiful Aitutaki lagoon. This lagoon tour is limited to about 10 tourists, so it's quite personal. captain fantastic took time go exokain the local stories behind each Motu (island). One foot island and honeymoon islands are just breathtaking. The snorkelling was equal to anywhere in the world with amazing visibility. The bbq lunch was sensational.... More

Our captain for the trip was "captain worthless", seriously, he wouldn't tell us how he got that name other than," it's a long story". He did a great job, witty, friendly and very professional, as well a a pretty handy fellow at the BBQ. we had two snorkel stops which were very nice, however the wind was up an the... More
