You can't visit the islands and not get in a few dives. One dive site was called Tau Tau, we saw 5 white tip reed sharks at about 100 feet, a big school of Jacks, the reefs were healthy. Michele is a very experienced diver. Highly recommend

The weather conditions were not great the day we went diving but Michel took us to Raiatea and found a calmer spot for us to dive. We saw some sharks, x-mas tree warms, loads of trigger fish and beautiful trumpet fish, and some wrasses. The dives were easy and calm. Michel let us explore at our will but always kept... More

While at Le Taha'a I did some diving with Michel. He is very experienced and professional. It was just the two of us for most of my dives, so it was like having a pro as your buddy. Since I was working on becoming a Divemaster, he was an excellent role model and found the best diving considering the conditions.... More

While the rest of the boat was diving with Michel I snorkeled and free dived with them inside the lagoon and at the Miri Miri diving site in front of Raiatea under the attentive and protective eye of Michel’s buddy. Was able to see many black tip sharks coming out of the big blue and dive to take close up... More

We stayed at the Le Taha'a resort for 5 nights and we had a wonderful time at the resort (it is truly an impeccable resort) except the diving. We had 5 dives with this Michel. He is the worst dive master I have ever met in Moorea, BoraBora, Rangiroa, Tikahau and Tahiti. If you can speak French, your time with... More

Diving was great and good professional service. Dive master can be curt at times but I knew what I was doing so it was never an issue. On the flip side he offered home made tea and cookies which was a genuine touch much appreciated.

First dive in Tahaa was nice. Was a little concerned that dive master Michel didn't check air or if ok throughout the dive. Was under weight and second dive over weight. Michel's wife made delicious cookies, but would have preferred more communication throughout the dives.

Le Taha'a is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service in all aspects EXCEPT for the dive center. The dive went smoothly and we saw some cool reef sharks and beautiful fish but it was not done in a friendly environment, it was basically doing the bare minimum. We had rescheduled due to bad weather and the irritation upon asking to... More

Michel was very difficult to reach to schedule or confirm our dive. In the end, we had to run to our room to get our stuff which started the day off on the wrong foot. Our first dive was cut short due to my air and we overheard Michel mumble "Amateur". It turns out, thanks to my dive computer, I... More
