There are so many National Reserves in Costa Rica. This one is not worth the admission price. $12 for adults and $6 for children. There are some not so wild deer, monkeys and iguanas. The beach is black and slimy. Skip this one

Very rural area, great to see nature untouched. Great wildlife, and a calm beach area. Bring your camera and swimsuit and enjoy nature at its finest in Costa Rica.

The nature walk was easy & beautiful. At the end we came upon a group of capuchin monkeys & it was so great to see their reaction to human presence.

If you are staying in the area this is the place to go to see wildlife such as howler monkeys, spider monkeys, bats, spiders, crabs, lizards and all kinds of birds! We even saw a crocodile in the creek inside the park!
