I think so...you do not have to paddle board or can stay on your knees (which is much more fun in the ocean anyway)...or just leave that part out completely. There are four different levels of waterfalls...I think jumping... More

They are not too cold, probably high 60's low 70's. Definitely refreshing to jump in after dealing with the hot humid weather here in the Southern Pacific.
