We lost our trip information for shuttle from Samara to Monteverde. After figuring out that our trip wasn't with costa rica trip guide, Francinne helped us get seats with an upcoming trip. When that fell through, she tried to find a hotel for us to stay another night. When that didn't work out either, she arranged a private driver at the same price as the shuttle. She returned texts, emails and even phone calls within a short time. I talked to her at 830 at night and 9 the next morning. Is there any service in the US like this?

Erick was very helpful with my queries when booking, and even when two friends asked if they could share the taxi and be dropped off at Uvita, on the way to Sierpe. The vehicle turned up at our hotel exactly on time. It was spacious, sparkingly clean, and looked like new. The driver was excellent, and we had a lovely trip. I have already recommended them to three people looking for a reliable transfer.

We will have a hard time expressing our full gratitude for the drivers we were provided through this company. If 6+ stars were an option, they would get it in an instant. All drivers were amazing but Carlo and Ana got stuck with us twice, and saw us in our least fine moments in the country. Between motion sickness in the cloud forest and leaving our passport outside of Jaco, they managed every crisis with grace, kindness, patience, finesse, and skill. It was shocking how well they took care of us given the circumstances. They created calm in crisis and validated our experiences without making us feel bad for our rookie moves as travelers. I honestly and truly can say we do not know what we would have done without them. I would use this company again in heartbeat. You will be in great hands.

My family and I were fortunate to be transported all over Costa Rica by Costa Rica Trip Guide drivers, between different destinations throughout Costa Rica in our stay there: LaPavona to LaFortuna, LaFortuna to Dominical, and Dominical to Potrero with drivers Miguel, Marco and Ana, and Edwardo. All of them went above and beyond to make our trips safe and convenient while being friendly guides along the way. Miguel came to the shore to search us out when we arrived by boat in LaPavona. Marco took me to a mocha stand to start our trip. When one of our travelers inadvertently left his bag at our lunch stop, Marco stopped, contacted the restaurant, and waited while another driver delivered the bag to us. He then changed our route to get us off the curvy roads that were making my daughter carsick. All with humor and great patience. I was the lone traveler to Potrero, and Edwardo taught me history as well as information about the areas through which we traveled. As a non Spanish speaking traveler, I was very appreciative of the level of English all our drivers maintained. The rates are also very reasonable, especially for a group. For those who don't want to drive and prefer private transportation, I most highly recommend this company to get you wherever you want to travel.

Edgar was wonderful. I’ll admitI wasnt crazy about not being able to make it on a shared shuttle due to scheduling, but this transportation company turned out to be reliable, good communicators, and turned a 3 hour drive into a cultural experience! Edgar stopped to point out wildlife, stopped so i could take pictures, and even suggested stopping at a soda for a uniquely costa rican snack. I feel fully welcomed to costa rica:)

I have been going to Costa Rica at least once a year for the last five years. Eric picked us up on our first trip and every trip since. He is such a sweet and considerate person. All his drivers are exceptional. We have become like family. At one rental we had some issues and he refused to leave us until everything was settled. He didn’t want us stranded. If you want someone that will always be on time treat you like family and protect you, this is your company.

Erick and his team are incredible! We have used them on 3 trips to CR and couldn’t ask for better service. The team is friendly, courteous and professional. From arrival at San Jose Airport to departure returning home Erick and his team took great care of us. It is comforting to be so well taken care of.
