We did the whole 20 stops of the canopy tour. Nice rides and different activities rapel, climbing, swings, canopy, all great! the hardest part is the climbing but with good arms you can go up!!

We got the most our of this tour in a small group with a Costa Rica Best Tours guide Jose Acevedo. Loved all of it from horseback riding, hot springs/spa, canopy, waterfall, water slide, to the fantastic lunch at the lodge.

This resort is a little remote. walks arent long but i would suggest doing something less strenuous.
