If you need a ride you need to book with Keilor- from the moment we landed he made us feel comfortable. He was nice, professional and went above and beyond! When we return to Costa Rica we will be booking with him without a doubt!!!!!

Very courteous drivers, great driving, and cool air conditioning! If with multiple people, I suggest just one going outside to find the driver first. It was very hot out!

Pick up was on point and was very respectful. Loved the round trip so I didn’t have to worry about driving around a place I didn’t know. Our driver was very kind and friendly and made sure we felt at home. Highly recommend!

If you need an airport transfer or driver while visiting Costa Rica, look no further than Keilor. He is dependable, knowledgeable, reliable and courteous. He met us at the airport as planned, even waiting as our flight had been delayed. He's easy to reach via What's App and promptly replies to inquiries. His van is immaculate, and we had no worries that he would arrive as planned and deliver us safely to our destination. If you are looking for more than just a ride, book Keilor.

Keilor is extremely nice and very professional. When we arrived at the airport in Liberia, he was waiting for us right outside the doors. Took our bags, offered control of the air conditioner and radio. He provided great commentary on the country during our nearly two hour drive to the hotel. He pointed out a number monuments and local details, stopping to take great pictures whenever we requested. We couldn’t ask for a better driver. When it came time to head back to the airport, he was easy to reach on WhatsApp and we confirmed our meeting time with no problems. He also operates a boat for fishing and sunset trips and we plan on using those services on our next trip to Costa Rica! We had zero issues with our booking. Highly recommend!!

If you & your family are looking for the best vacation ever yet, then it is the all inclusive Hotel Riu Guanacaste in Costa Rica. This blessed resort is along the Pacific Coast. The property is huge with a lot of sitting areas. It has a pool, water slides (my favorite), and of course there is the beach. The management and the staff are exemplary. They go out of their way to ensure that your needs are fully met. For example, Phillipe (the assistant manager) went above and beyond to alternatively fulfill my birthday wishes. Thank you with all of my heart Phillipe. It does not matter where you sit, the serving staff comes around to serve you with drinks. The resort is spotless. There are daily activities and nightly entertainment. The nightly entertainment are different themes and are exceptional. There is nightly entertainment for the children and believe you-me, it was a beauty to watch how each child was engaged. Our favorite was Bryan. Bryan is very good with the children and engage each one of them with utmost care and love. My family and I are frequent travelers and I must say that the food at this resort was above and beyond expectations. There are five restaurants and our favorite was the buffet Liberia restaurant. Each night for dinner, there were so many choices that we did not know what to eat. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were remarkable. They included all kinds of drinks, deserts, fruits, soups, pasta, sushi section, meats, fish, vegetables, ice cream, and I could go on and on. The resort is about 45 minutes from Liberia International Airport. There is daily housekeeping and if you do not require it, just post the 'do not disturb' sign and request is fully honored. I could go on and on but this resort must be experienced. I will definitely visit it again. I miss it. I miss it because it is a very lively resort full of life. We were there for 10 days and never turned the TV on because there was so much to do. All transactions are done in USD. Phillipe, that was the best pool party that I attended thus far.

Service was not provided. When we arrived at the airport no one was waiting for us. There was no way to contact the local tour operator. We had to reach out to tripadvisor via whatsapp. Tripadvisor rep was able to provide local operator telephone number but they did not answer the telephone. We waited almost 2 hours to get transportation. I will say tripadvsior as a company tried to be accommodating but they also had issues contacting the local tour operator. Do not book this transportation service. We had family members coming after us and they cancelled their service with this company. I always book private transportation on vacation and this was the first time things did not go as planned.

Me and my wife, we had a wonderful experience with the private full service, from Liberia Airport to our Riu Guanacaste Hotel. He provided us comfortable vehicle. He also gave us gifts to take home and to remember the experience in Costa Rica. I have to recommend him for the tour at Bella Vista that includes Zip-line Adventure, Horse Riding, and shower at the spring hot water from the Volcanos. We will never forget these experiences. He is the best in Costa Rica for your transportation and guide tourism. He has good communication with his client.
