There is no better way to unwind after a long day than by visiting the hot springs and treating your body to its naturally replenishing effects. When taking a break from the soothing hot springs, you can dine in the authentic, home-style Costa Rican restaurant.

It's strange to go in thermal water when outside is 30 degrees but we decide to try. The ecotermales is quite and beautiful, lots of swimming pool with different temperatures. The bar serve nice cocktails but I would suggest to do them with fresh fruit...More

We had an excellent time at these Hot Springs. The property is less "touristy" than others and is really clean and beautifully designed for couples and families alike, the restaurant was and lunch package was wonderful and the service superb!! We had our anniversary brunch...More

The limited people set up is a real plus, we arrived just before 7 for the evening slot and after having dinner we headed to what were then practically deserted hit pools! Perfect! as were the cocktails... Nice and strong and the wristband approach is...More

This place is otherworldly! You need to reserve space ahead of time as they limit the crowds. We went from 5-9 in the evening and watched the howlers get ready for bed in the trees while soaking. Unforgettable! The dinner was lovely, too. Buffet, but...More

As hot springs go, this one is OK but like most others in the area overpriced. The furniture around the pools has been well used and needs replacing. It would also be quite crowded if they let 100 people in. We shared it with about...More

For the price we paid we were very disappointed. The springs are very beautiful, well kept and clean -- but they were also very crowded (two bus loads of tourists). We got the springs + dinner package which included a very mediocre at best buffet...More

We made same-day reservations at this hot spring and had no issues getting in during the evening. Price was right for this place as well, paying a small fee for luxury! We also chose the package that included dinner - a mediocre buffet, but certainly...More

We only visited Ecotermales, so I cannot compare it to the other hot springs in the area. However, it was the perfect end to a long day of activities. I felt completely rejuvenated afterwards. Again, I can't compare it to others, but it was just...More

The grounds and changing areas were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Seemed a little crowded, but we've never been to a hot springs before so I can't give a fair review on that.

The lockers weren't very big, but you may have just enough room. My 2 sons & I shared one, but all we had were the clothes we wore and a small backpack if I remember right. My wife had her own locker. The purse will fit for... More

My friend and I went in the evening and it was quite busy but there were some kids as well. I think it is fine, but I would say that it is likely much much busier in the evening from what I hear. Hope that helps.

They are allowed but like I said in my review, it's a place for adults. There are plenty of spots to check out. Some cater to a family atmosphere. This spot is just pools and a bar. Don't let the little one screw up someone... More
