We had a great time at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater! Ladies make sure to check out their clear purse or tote policy. If you plan on having an adult drink, make sure to take your ID because they have a very strict everyone carded policy. It...More

We have been to several concerts at the Amp. Very comfortable seating, plenty of room. Acoustics are great and the location on the banks of the Black Warrior River is very scenic. Concession prices are high, but that would be OK if the service was...More

The venue is very clean. Seats are comfortable. Seemed very organized. I did notice that the drink prices were exorbitant. I understand the beer prices I guess, but $4 for a bottled water? Also, parking was free, it was pure chaos trying to get out...More

Our family attended the Rod Stewart/Cyndi Lauper concert at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. We thought that it was a great venue. Our only criticism would be that they need more security near the stage. Several times, people who had tickets further back came and stood in...More

First time to the Ampitheater. Walked from downtown Tuscaloosa to the concert. A cool short walk, transportation was provided for those who needed it. The developer of the Ampitheater did an excellent job of designing the facility. The rows of chairs were double spaced, wide...More

Went to see Rod Stewart and Cyndi Lauper - fantastic venue - very organised and staff very friendly. Get seats in the front sections and you'll be in the shade as sun sets behind the stage

Rod still has it, great concert. Tuscaloosa Amphitheater is a first rate venue, easy access and easy to get to concessions

One of the premiere amphitheater venues around...not a large venue, which can cause ticket prices to be a little higher than at other venues. Very easy to navigate.... restrooms are large and quick moving. The lines are not bad at concessions, but prices are high....More

Attended Def Leppard show 5/2/17, it was my first time the amphitheater and I will certainly return. The venue is small and all seats offer great views, restrooms clean, and concession lines were long but not unbearable. The only two things I did not like...More

Depends on the artists' show set ups! There are sometimes full seated shows and sometimes standing pit areas! You can usually predict standing if the pit area is labeled GA for general admission.

Would think you could bring the towels, but not in a cooler. Don't know about the fan. Gets cooler as the sun goes down. Wish I could help you more!
