Worth a drive and a walk. Get out and enjoy but if you can't walk a quiet drive through the cemetery is also pretty cool. Make sure to go to all three as they are different a unique in their own way.

We visited in May 2017. The beauty of this cemetery cannot be over-stated. It has a great Confederate Monument and is very well cared for. Easy to drive through for those who are unable to walk it.

A very old and beautiful cemetery. Although it is used as a neighborhood short cut, so you have to lock your car and be aware when crossing the street in the cemetery. This is located near the Pettus bridge, so you can do both in...More

Beautiful and very interesting. So much history. The cemetery office was so helpful in helping me find family graves in the New Live Oak cemetery.

Oh how completely enchanting this cemetery is! You must meander through the gravestones and take in all the names. The statuary is some of the very best I've ever seen! And I've seen a lot of historic cemeteries! I completely recommend!

Don't miss this opportunity to visit this place. It is absolutely beautiful. The camera can't capture the beauty in this place. There is a Confederate area that is worth visiting.

When I visited, I do not remember seeing any posted hours for visiting. It was a public cemetery, stroll as you please:) I am unaware of any formal tours.
