Lighted up at night so it's quite pretty. It separates pudong and puxi so it's nice vantage to see the lights - there is especially a rainbow lit building which they told me is actually a nondescript building.

If you like architecture it's a great bridge to visit. I drove across it and enjoyed the experience. Can't confirm if the visitor centre is open or not, but from reports it shut.
Unfortunately, the Lupu bridge is now closed. Went there two weeks ago and it didn't look like it was going to open anytime soon. It was up and running last spring (May 2012).
take an elevator first, then climb all the way to the top and enjoy a great view. Right now, a good place to view what is left of the Expo
