My wife and I rented bikes from nearby infinity bikes and rode them through the trails every day of our vacation. There are many miles of trails and every part of them are very scenic and accommodating to every type of runner / biker.

Great trail system featuring the coastal flora and fauna. Saw some turtles, armadillo and a lone alligator. Easy to get to trails. Did Catman, Rosemary Dunes, Two Bridges, and Cotton Bayou trail. Get map from campground office.

We spent half a day biking all the trails and had a blast! The trails are beautiful with plenty of shade. It's an easy, relaxing ride. Plus, you get to see Lefty the alligator!

Views were peaceful. Bicycle riders very polite if coming up behind us. Would make this trail again with an opportunity to come back and visit.

These paved bike/hike trails make for a wonderful, active vacation. They run in several directions from the state park. Thanks to those who keep up these trails.

Can't say enough positive things about "our" trail. Walk, bike, run, skate with mult trailheads. Very easy walking to shaded picnic area, restrooms and boulder park. We use this trail at least 5x/ week. It's one of my favorite places in the world.
