At this mall, theres mainly fashion stores like ladies clothings, shoes haven (for both man and women), mr Diy, popular bookstore, watsons, Giant supermarket. Theres eateries like dunkin donut, food court, restaurants. Theres also malay traditional clothings like baju kurung, man baju kurung, etc.
It is old and starting to look aged. But, it is still clean and quite well-maintained.
It has a good mixture and variety of shops and food.
It can get very crowded during the weekends. Look out for your kids!

Mahkota parade is a place to shop for all type of things. At Melaka we have less choice for shopping ,movie theatre,nice francaise restaurants and party. Mahkota parade having all in it and the car parking is reasonable.
This is probably the "oldest" big mall here. Many new malls have been built over the years but Mahkota Parade still stand strong against the competitions.
