- ThomasBrussels, Belgium8 contributionsIf you have time and like to meet fluffy huskies and play with them . That's the place your are looking forIf you are looking for an activity in melaka and you love dogs . You can't be wrong with this place . It is a very nice experience to be surrounded by that number of fluffy huskies . They are very young and beautiful. They are always looking for a snack and they know how to get them . I didn't have the time to see the Akita but for next year maybe . Very nice workers . they make you feel like home with the huskies.Visited October 2023Travelled soloWritten 20 October 2023

- Joel DigbyAustralia17 contributionsSo cute doggiesCanine enthusiasts in Malaysia can look forward to a one-of-a-kind and thrilling experience at Huskitory. This cafe, which is situated in Malacca, gives guests the opportunity to engage in conversation with and even snuggle with a number of loving Siberian Huskies. The dogs are quite well cared for, and it appears that they take pleasure in the attention that they receive from the patrons. There is also a selection of delectable beverages and cuisine available at the cafe, making it an excellent location for a tranquil afternoon.Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 22 November 2023
- Lucy SSydney, Australia5 contributionsLovely morning with amazing huskiesWhen we signed up to see the huskies we didn’t know what to expect. Being immersed in 16 huskies aged 5 months to 11 years was amazing. They were gorgeous and so friendly. Even the rambunctious 5 month old Oreo was hilariously badly behaved. The final family photo was well worth it 🤗🐶Visited January 2024Travelled with familyWritten 4 January 2024

- Jill R27 contributionsBrilliant dogs!Fabulous! So unfair when a minority are critical of this great place. The dogs are in wonderful condition...and so so nice calm temperament but still bouncy and lively. Yes you are paying to feed them a few treats and pat them...but so what! I have had animals all my life and there is no way these dogs aren't happy and well looked after! This is a truly fun experience! We loved it!Visited January 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 14 January 2024
- Claire AnnMildenhall, United Kingdom113 contributionsBeautiful animals, fab day outI absolutely loved this place, missing my dog at home spending time with these beautiful huskies is just what I needed. The place was lovely and clean and when the dogs entered they all seemed very well looked after and happy. They ran around playing with each other and of course the staff monitored if their behaviour got a bit excited. I read reports before that people weren’t happy with the way the dogs were treated. I honestly didn’t see any of that. Yes the dogs are moved around into position to take good photos but you need to remember that pay for the dogs keep. It can’t be cheap caring for over 40 dogs! We were a small group and yes I can imagine the dogs might get a bit fed up of having photos taken but they really are well trained. You could tell the dogs loved the staff and they were not scared of them at all. They do everything for treats, no different to my dog at home. The staff answered all my questions about how they care for the dogs, including what walks they go on and their daily routine. I loved the place and would defiantly recommend going. Go early for the first session, the dogs were so lively and excited then!Visited February 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 15 February 2024

Went with my kids and they want to return to Melaka just to get to experience this again. The dogs seem to be kept well and the staff seem to genuinely care for them - which was important for us to see. I am a dog lover and super love huge sized dogs especially husky. I was so excited when I know there is such cafe in Melaka. So I make it as a place that I must go when I visit Melaka.
It was a nice and cozy place. But the entrance fee is RM28 (I aware of it) and only included 1 drink which is lemon tea, and need to top up RM3 for the coffee or other drink. I was able to play and take picture with the husky, but the hardcopy and softcopy costs RM16 and RM10 respectively. Mean that you need to pay RM54 for the whole experience(not forcing people tho, depend on one's willingness). For me this is so expensive and feel like using dogs for making money.
I am not sure whether the dogs have enough rest or not as there are 6 session per days. But the dogs are well trained and super tamed. Staffs are also helpful as they will help to guide the dogs to fulfill customer requirement such as taking picture and how to feed them with snacks. Overall for me is a good experience.
For my suggestion, I would like to request for cancelling the entrance fee and provide photo service to the customer who spend on the shop. Maybe can change it to dog cafe and serve food and drinks to customer, yet customer can enjoy the moment playing with the dog.

There’s this female staff with dyed greyish hair. I paid for the dog treats to keep the dogs around me for photos and yet she ask the dogs to go away for another couple to take photo just because they are paying for their “professional photographer” and when I asked she said I cannot take with my own phone?! She even said I cannot sit on a chair to wear my shoes and ask me to stand one corner. What kind of attitude is that? Because I wanted to enjoy my time there and all other staff including customers and the dogs are awesome. I just turn a blind eye but I must caution the owner and others about this particular female staff.

Husky visit is 35RM per hour, Shiba-Inu extra 15RM for half an hour. The huskies were well groomed but there were far too many people to huskies. Around 40 people and some of the dogs were running around trying to find a place to hide. They were free to roam for a little while and then were forced to take photos with people (that you pay for at the end). The staff were quite rough, pulling their tails and hitting them on the nose/head when they didn’t sit. Most of their ears were right back and they didn’t seem too happy at all. Some of them looked so tired, falling asleep in front of the camera and underneath tables/chairs. They do 7 one hour sessions a day, with very little break in between. Honestly seems like they’re more concerned with making money off them than caring about their well-being. No idea how this experience got so many good reviews. The Inu house was better as there weren’t as many people, but they still let you pick them up and pull them around. I think they need to rethink how many people they let in for each session, cut the number of sessions down, and let them have a proper break in between each one to rest.

Such an experience. Never got to see and mingle with so many huskies at once. We had a great time and most of all we learnt so much. After the "show" we stayed back and chatted with Henry who most happily imparted his vast knowledge and experience raising champion huskies with us. Really appreciate the time he spent with us. Made our visit all the more meaningful. Thanks Henry!! Great job.

The doggies are so well kept for and the people really love and know their babies well. They were so patient with us and were great to talk to! There is also a samoyed and shiba inu cafe attached that you can go to for a small extra fee. Very lovelyyy

Huskitory is a unique and exciting experience for dog lovers in Malaysia. Located in Malacca, this cafe allows visitors to interact with and even cuddle with a variety of friendly Siberian Huskies. The dogs are well taken care of and seem to enjoy the attention they receive from the customers. The cafe also serves delicious food and drinks, making it a great spot for a relaxing afternoon. However, it is important to note that the cafe can get crowded and busy, so it may not be the best choice for those who prefer a quieter environment. Overall, Huskitory is a must-visit destination for dog lovers in Malaysia.

Got kids @ age 7&12 who haven’t been there so tot I try. Reached was informed to see Huskies cost 45 per head for an hour. Even if want to pay gotta see the schedule and had to wait half an hour. Opted for Shiba Inu for 1/2 hr @ 28 per pax since waiting time was 15 mins. Got quite a few dogs there including the Akita but not impressed at all. 1/2 hr just to sit and pet the dogs for that price. Maybe for those who haven’t seen those breeds might be impressed but I have been around all type of dogs and I tot paying those money just to pet the dogs are a waste of my money.

1) Any specific times slots that we can interact with huskies?
2) How much we have to pay for per pax?
Written 15 September 2018
1. They offer 90 minute time slots for the interaction with the dogs. We were there from 2:00-3:30pm. The slots are pretty much back. Write to them via Messenger and they respond quite quickly.
2. The entry cost was RM20 per person.
