The Tibetan market is just down a road in Calangute and it's worthy of a visit. The Tibetan people are absolutely lovely and offer many stories about their 'magic healing' products. Some of the items are very expensive but don't be afraid to barter. I...More

An old Tibetan market selling beaded jewelry as well as sterling silver. Should bargain. You will find similar stalls at other markets.

Nothing much other than sellers selling some old fashioned jewellery and antique. Bargain hard. We bought one item and he came to 1/3rd of the initial quoted price

We randomly came across this market while passing the streets, it's a cute little market selling mainly handmade jewellery. The vendors are very friendly and one of them demonstrated and customised a bead work bracelet for me.

Some nice items but the Tibetans unlike the Asians will NOT barter. Their prizes are un realistic and it's the same no matter where they are. Greedy!!
