Very bad service no proper price it’s a worst choice for spa later you will regret for sure and people come here to get relaxed but you will be in stress for sure

We visited Sukho Thai Spa in Candolim, Goa yesterday (14th November 2020). Both of our services were bad. I want to start by saying that I’ve had many, many massages and NEVER have I wished it would end early! During my massage, I attempted to stop my service twice because it was very subpar age’s more annoying than relaxing. Wheni tried to end the service I was using the excuse that I needed to go the washroom. The first time I attempted to go to the washroom, the therapist (male) pulled my leg back down and said ‘No. After I finish this part.’ After few minutes when he seemed to finish that part of the massage, I excused and went to the lobby and told the front desk to stop my service, as it was bad and unsafe because he was very untrained. At the beginning of the service, I specifically requested him to focus in certain areas, but he completely ignored me. I asked for deep pressure and the only place he gave deep pressure was on the bones and he literally pulled on my kneecap with deep pressure. I asked him to please stop each time, as this was uncomfortable and very unsafe!! The manager or front desk associate did come and try to save the day by doing my second service - salt soak, but I really never received the second half of my first massage because I had to pause it in the middle to speak to the front desk lady. She said she was sorry several times, but that was all. She also has to audacity to discuss my need for a pedicure while prepping for the foot soak. She was a nice woman, but considering the circumstances, this seemed like inappropriate conversation. On the other hand, my boyfriend was prompted to get aroma massage because front desk associate thought he would want more pressure. We agreed and paid more for the extra pressure. However, unfortunately, what he received was Swedish or light pressure massage and his therapist also ignored his requests. He is totally unhappy with his massage as he had specific reason to get a massage done yesterday. Then, amazingly, upon trying to leave the spa, my slippers were missing. We had to wait for another guest to return my slippers. This is such a put-off and embarrassing for us. They did not bother to sanitise my slipper since it was worn by another man. We both left the spa with more stress than when we arrived.
Highly disappointing place and a absolute waste of our time and money.

It’s the best massage spa I have been to in Goa

Yes, the therapists are from Manipur and yes, this is on the expensive side for Goa but having experienced some of the other places in the area, it is the best that I have encountered and worth paying a little bit extra for. The staff are lovely. My therapist was Awor, who has magic hands. Her English is good. The premises are clean and the decor is good. I tried a few other places but decided they were a waste of time and money so went back to Sukho Thai each day for the 6 days I was there.

Worst experience - Don't ever go there.

I got the worst experience here, there is no massage bed, no separate room, they do not even apply oil to the upper body.
There is 4 recliner seat kept in a hall. that's all.
And for two-therapist massage, I suggest you not to go for it because one of them do time pass with your head for half an hour.

Bad service

Visited the baga branch of this spa . Was a waste of time and money . It was a late night slot so they seemed in a rush and did only for forty five minutes instead of an hour . Which was very unfair considering the price they charge . Service was also not up to the mark . Better foot massages are done are most other places. Surely avoid.

AWESOME foot massage ...totally worth the amount spent .....

Yes it may be expensive but the experience is really good ... the ambiance, cleanliness, music , and quality does matters.

Yes you would get a full body massage at the same rate but you won't and can't say that the experience is the same

Its not a thai massage center

Well all the massager are from Manipur who pretend to be from Thailand which they are not. Its better for them to admit that they are not from Thailand. Just having a similar type face does not mean they should cheat their customer .
Nor they perform or are near to Thai foot massage experience.
Just avoid it . its expensive and not worth it
