Stopped in Jasper for lunch after a visit to Natural Bridge. Wanted an up close look at the Georgian white marble. (The colomns are one solid piece of marble!) Noticed an open door to the sanctuary & got a peek inside. The stained glass dome is awesome. The mahogany woodwork is magnificent. The way they come together creates a worshipful... More

I love this place. The marble blocks outside and the inside looks like it did 80 years ago. It's like stepping back in time. If your ever in Jasper, visit this church.

This church is a beautiful architectural marvel. We were in awe at the design and detail that was put into the church. The people were very nice as well.

The building was built between 1912 to 1921. The congregations dates back to the 1830's. The exterior is white marble. Inside the forty foot dome a breathtaking stained glass mural with over 30,000 pieces of glass. The pipe organ has exposed pipes behind the choir loft and it sounds beautiful! One pew has a plague marking the location where President... More

This church is worth taking the time to visit. The roof of the main building is absolutely beautiful. You can enter from the behind and use an elevator. Some one will be there to show where the elevator is located.
