This is a Hugh lake and very busy. A lot of boats and fisherman so I will assume there are a lot of fish. We just enjoyed looking across the water and enjoying the spectacular sunsets.

We enjoyed the beauty of the drive through the park and the friendly staff. But, and this is a huge BUT, it’s just not up to snuff for tent camping (which is why we went). The tent sites are tiny, there’s almost no shade. There’s...More

We just drove through the park and there are some gorgeous views of the lake. The campground is wide-open (maybe the result of a 2011 tornado) so if you like wooded campsites, this isn't for you.More

This is a lovely park with lots of deer and geese. Each morning there were deer in our campsite. The lake is beautiful. There is a restaurant associated with this State park.
