I was expecting a few local species like Bobcat, Coyote, Alligators, Snake but it was all that and much more. Lots of big cats, bear, antelope looking creatures, birds and much more. Worth the very low admission fee. Great gift shop with low prices on kids toys. Had a wonderful afternoon with my three grandchildren. Also free wagons for the... More

We went here not knowing what to expect and really enjoyed this as a family. Not only are you up close to the animals , you also can pay extra and have an encounter with them. We will be back and I highly recommend this place for a few hours of family fun.

Great day to spend with the kids! They had a blast. This isn't like one of the bigger zoos but that's truly OK.

This may not be the biggest zoo, but its by far the BEST! Where else do you get to hold baby kangaroos? I also held Lemurs, and you can hold a snack and sloth!! they need more funding to get better enclosures-but the staff was excellent and the animals were all active and you could see them! we travel to... So glad that you visited us on Mother's Day! Yes, we are looking for additional funding to help us move to a bigger location as we are a non-profit organization. Our encounters are the best! Glad you enjoyed them! More

This small zoo has opportunities to have an up close encounter with a variety of animals in the company of a zoo employee. On the particular day we went there were several groups of pre-schoolers there. The staff was amazing in their ability to keep the kids interested and under control. This small gem of a facility is definitely worth... More

This is a great zoo. The key is to take extra money for your children to interact with the animals. The price is very reasonable.

We had our teen and baby with us. We all enjoyed it. It's a very small zoo but set up well. You can get close to and feed many animals. The encounters are a separate charge but you can feed other animals for the price of the food pellets, 2.00. I loved it. It takes about an hour and a... More

Small zoo but great visit! Inexpensive, my 7 year old granddaughter loved feeding the animals and the kangaroo experience!

We enjoyed our interaction with the kangaroos and lemurs, but the rest of the big game animals are in tiny enclosures. It made us sad. The staff said that they will be expanding soon; I hope so, The male lion seemed very stressed. There were also a couple of elementary school groups that were on a field trip. It was... More

This is one of the best zoos I have brought my children to. They were able to hand feed the majority of the animals and played with lemurs in their enclosure. We will definitely visit again!!
