This course was better than expected. Fast and hard greens in perfect condition. Plenty of water around but fair landing areas. Wind was only 10-12 but stronger off the ocean so any high shots were impacted. Great design, especially use of natural sand bunkers through...More

Played this golf course today for the first time and what a fantastic golf course. The course had a great layout and the greens rolled true and fast (around 12 or 13). Will be playing again in the near future.

Have always loved Kiva Dunes and the staff is so friendly, polite, and helpful. We had trouble, however, with the greens this trip. They wouldn't hold anything; even extremely high pitches. Bump and running didn't work, either, as bunkers guard a lot of the holes....More

Enjoyed the great condition of the course, but the greens are too fast for even the better amateurs. Huge greens with undulation making lots of 3 putts takes away from some of the enjoyment of an above average location.

This is a difficult course because of the tight layups near the greens. But the greens are as pure as they get. Loved putting on the greens. Hated the approach shots.Very beautiful but tight. Would play there again.

According to my husband, the golf expert…this is the most amazing course in the area. He can't say enough good things about Kiva and since I've ridden along beside him as his best "cart accessory", I have to agree. Something about that sea breeze and...More

This is a beautiful golf course. Greens are tough and very fast. Starter was very nice, organized and helpful, think his hometown was Louisiana. Price was fair for the quality of the course. Those greens are tough so be ready for some 4 putts.

Last year when we visited the course was closed, as the were redoing it. My husband and I play golf at least three days a week. Several people told me I would not enjoy this course, they thought the fairways were too narrow. I did...More
