With 4 brand new slides added to the Water park in 2020 this has changed the entire experience in an outstanding way. What was once an couple of hours of enjoyment for the family has now become worthy of an all day affair. Thrill seekers will find 3 unique slides to curb their appetites, while 2 more are wholesome fun for everyone. In addition the wave pool never disappoints, and the kiddie park pool is perfect for those who just haven't quite made the height requirement. The options of foot and sweets are perfect while needed a pit stop to refuel & I am quite certain everyone in attendance will gladly want to revisit again in the future!

Was surprised how much fun I had with my niece and nephew! Definitely brought out the kid in me. Growing up in the panhandle, I was used to Big Kahunas, which had more slides, but this is a fun little spot to cool off on a hot summer's day. Wish they would expand because it can get a bit crowded.

This is a fun place for everyone. The park is very clean and seniors get in for free. The wave pool, slides, children's play area and the picnic area are all kept in great condition. It is a must to visit.

MY girls was very excited about going to water world until my 1 year old and 3 year old was told they could not wear there swimmies in the wave pool. (need less to say they can't swim). While we were in the wave pool my oldest daughter that is 10 years old had her goggles on and the life guard told her she couldn't wear them in the pool. (nowhere did it say, can't wear them) about 4 other kids had there goggles on and nothing was said to them. Then my 62 year old mother sat down beside the slanted walk way that goes into the wave pool. She was told that she couldn't sit there. Then my 3 year old wanted to slide down the blue and yellow slide. Before she slid I told the lifeguard that she could not swim. I got to the pool before she did and the lifeguard that was in the pool was propped on the rail, I yelled at her and said my daughter in the first slide cant swim .She barley made it to the end of the slide before she come off. The last time my baby and I was in the wave pool, I was holding her in about waste deep water and the lifeguard yelled at me and said to go back that I was in too deep of water for me and my child( the waves were not on yet). We drove all the way from Georgia (1hour and 45 min drive) to have such a terrible time. We will not be back again because of the time, money, and waste of gas. I don't like to pay my hard earned money to be yelled at by a bunch of teenage lifeguards, I am 31 years old and no child will ever talk to me like they did again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO RESPECT FOR ADULTS!!!!!!

Water World hits the spot for families with smaller children and for out-of-towners, but for locals and teens the draw is limited. What Water World offers is maintained, accessible, and really what you would expect from a small water park (wave pool, a couple swimming areas, a few slides, and food and merchandise vendors). A plus is that it is compact, which means there is not a lot of walking. Pricing varies for type of admission, such as through the week only or weekend too, and you can simply pay on a daily basis. Do not expect to be wowed, and additions would definitely add quality and buzz to the park. But parents with toddlers, elementary, and middle school children will be pleased with the offering and should try it.

I have been to this water park many times over the years with my daughters....I just wanted to mention the rude employees on this visit from the girl that took our money to the cluesless girls in the gift shop on that tues afternoon. Seems like such a nice place would expect better from their help. Makes a difference when people are nice and friendly. Seems to me their needs to be a staff meeting!!!

They asked about my top. I told them it's a racerback swim top. They said it's a sports bra. Actually it's a professional swimmers top. They wouldn't allow me in the water anyway. One life guard verified it was a swim top. Three others said well you cant be in the water. I have never been so disrespected after spending money for me and my family to be there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its run by a bunch of teenage "know it all" punk kids. 10 minutes before that my kids had 10 taken by an employee clearing off their food on the table. My son returned to the table after disposing of his trash to find a kid clearing his drink off he asked about his money and the employee stated there wasnt any money on the table. Good job for stealing from a 10 year old and not knowing about real swim wear if it's not a skimpy bikini. This place sucks.

Family fun. The first day we went, it rained. So of course we left. But we wanted to see if they would accommodate those who literally just entered and did not get to enjoy anything, because of the weather. They were actually very nice about it. FYI: if you go and the weather changes, stay at the park. They will give you either a pass or a stamp that will let you re-enter the park, if the weather changes. Also, pay with a debit or credit card. Again, if you leave (weather related) and want to come back, they need to verify that you ACTUALLY paid and walked through the gate. Otherwise, there is no rain checks or refunds. This particular place, I would recommend if you don't like the big theme water parks or have small children. Everything is right by each other, so you can see where the older kids are going. They do have a concession stand and you can rent floats. Now, when it comes to the renting of the floats, use cash.

This is the perfect place to spend a hot summer day, especially
With kids, water slides and a wave pool. It's not a big waterpark but it's convenient and a good place to get your feet wet for the day without having to drive to the beach.

Not family friendly!!! Don't go!!! The teenager, Savannah, attending the Tadpole Hole was repeatably rude to my 3 year old child and discouraged her from coming down the tiny toddler slide. In contrast, she was very friendly to some other children that seemed hesitant to come down the slide. It seemed as if she simply didn't like my little girl. It was our first and last time there. I watched her discourage my child 3 times before I stepped in and gave her a reality check. Then I told the teen manager who was kind about the issue, but I left really unsatisfied with the whole experience and vowed to actually get online and share my opinion. The park also is incredibly small and overcrowded.

If you plan on having a party there, then yes. During the summer, it gets pretty busy, calling ahead and getting a table or section for your party is definitely recommended. If you don't, then try to show up early and claim a table. Most parks, like this one, will have something nearby (like a park) that you could plan to meet at then afterwards, you could head over to the water park and finish out your fun day.
