We utilised their services for planning our short 4D/5N trip to Udaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Everything was well arranged for the trip. All hotel bookings were top notch. Their representative was always accessible on call and WhatsApp before and during the trip. We had a slightly tight budget in terms of time and money, but inspite of all the contraints, the tour planning was done very well. We managed to cover all the prominent and must-see spots without any rush or making the schedule hectic. Since the schedule and itinerary sent by them was customizable, we added a few extra spots which were not in the initial plan earlier. Even then, the tour operator gave us a realistic idea and fair warning of how hectic the schedule might turn out to be, but thankfully in the end, it was executed very well. The driver assigned to us was a localite, very knowledgeable, and extremely well versed with the historical backgrounds of all the places that we were to visit. Our road journeys were extremely enjoyable because of him and we did not feel bored even for a moment. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is planning to explore Rajasthan. Keep up the good work!

Just I have been completed our Amazing Sikkim tour with my family , initially I contacted with Mr. Avijit from Holy Tree Travel and we asked him so many questions before booking the tour , he answered all the questions very politely. I must say Hotels and car were very nice as per the commitment , the driver was very helpful and friendly , over all our tour was really great.
I really recommend Holy Tree Travel to others as we are very happy with their services.

In general the tour was good, but it was the driver you contracted who made my tour the best. Mr Noushad made up for some problems I encountered with the itinerary you had provided and could have spoilt this trip.
Firstly, when you first informed me that the Air India, the flight had been cancelled/rescheduled to Thursday, this was most upsetting. If you had added an extra sentence at the time that you were looking for an alternative flight, it would have avoided any upset.
The Fort Queen hotel was the best, clean, and friendly.
Also, it would have been helpful if you had warned me that I had to book the wildlife sanctuary as soon as possible, possibly providing the link. Mr Noushad tried for over an hour on the previous day to get a ticket, but the boat component was sold out for weeks ahead of time. I could have gained entrance to the park, but there was no chance of getting on the boat. We found a 4WD tour, which was a good substitute but a lot more expensive. I suggest you provide future customers with more information about places that need advance bookings.
The houseboat in Alleppey was nice but very confusing as to the time you stated on the itinerary that we needed to check in was 1pm, but the houseboat owner rang and said we needed to be there by 11:30am. Luckily, we had left early, and we got there on time.
As we were disembarking, Mr Noushad was talking about the best way to get to Kottram Heritage Resort(as per itinerary), the boat owner showed him a document he had been sent stating I was supposed to stay at the Time Square hotel. Neither Mr. Noushad nor I had been informed of the change. Mr Noushad rang the hotels to confirm which one we were staying in. If the house boat owner hadn't mentioned the hotel, I would have had no idea where I was staying.
The tour guideline you provided was good, and thanks to Mr Noushad, who was very helpful and friendly, I had a fantastic trip.

Enjoyed my trip with Holy Tree, drivers and tour guides were good. The itinerary covered a the important parts. Sometime so much on the itinerary there is not much free time, but it was customised so I could adjust things. I was not there to shop, so just make sure you make that clear to the guides as they will try tale you to places to buy things in each city. It was a good time of the year to go, when it is not so hot. Felt very comfortable as a solo traveler.

For my spring vacation, I booked a 6 days a private trip to North-East Sikkim with Holy Tree Travel Pvt. Ltd. few months back. It was well researched & discussed in detail before the travel dates. It happened in the mid of March. The trip was an amazing & memorable experience in my life. Mr. Avijit coordinated things with his best skills, knowledge, and experience. Like starting from ticket bookings, hotel selections to drop at station in the end. When i had any issues or concerns, he communicated & addressed it smoothly and quickly. We felt very much comfortable throughout the trip and stayed in different locations. Being a fully private trip, travels & transports were arranged well, and assigned pilots(cab drivers) were excellent. Specially Suman Bhai. He is a class for Lachen-Lachung trip as a pilot. The hotels provided to us were nice with food, services, and hospitality based on locations, rules, regulations and supplies. Especially the stay in Amba Regency near Lal Bazar & MG Road is the best with mountain view suite. One thing they do for sure, like if you can't visit any planned locations due to some specific restrictions or bad weather, then they can arrange alternative plans as well. So you don't miss a day.
Before you plan any trip, get all things cleared about your stay. Ask them the pros and cons of locations and what they need to carry or not. They advise and guide you well to avoid any unwanted hurdles there.
We look forward to booking our future trips with them.

Trip of 8 days with 7 members of Rajasthan . In which we covered Jaipur , Pushkar,Udaipur , Kumbhalgarh, Mount Abu , chittorgarh and Udaipur with Holy Tree Travel Pvt Ltd . This Trip was arranged by Mr. Avijit .
Mr. Avijit Planned in a nice manner . Hotels Provided to us were very clean and hospitable . especially The Driver of our Temo Travler Mr Sukhvinder Ji is also very well behaved and punctual .
In case of any minor or Major Requirement Mr Avijit Responded very quickly . I am very much happy with the services of Holy Tree travel and look Forward to book our next Trip with them only and will Recommend to our near and dear for holy Tree travel .

We booked golden triangle and Varanassi trip with them. Our communication with the salesperson was on WhatsApp, very professional, excellent English speaker.
They were very flexible, and helped us set up our trip the way we wanted it, adding a few days here and there changing itinerary the way we wanted it, all very transparent wrt costs, accommodations everything.
They booked the whole trip with guides and drivers in each city, the guides were also very good altogether, different experience with each one, some more funny and relaxed, others more to the point and strict. All them though very good.
The central office was on top of everything, the communication throughout the trip was very smooth, they were very attentive, and even one mishap that happened with our hotel, the solved it right away.
We did explore India ourselves as well, and I can attest that the level of the service they provided is not even compared to most others. They didn't try to sell us anything extra or push us on anything.
It is not one of the big tour operators, but I'm glad we trusted them. I totally recommend them, we had a great time!

The service from Holy Tree was exceptional. We dealt with Avajit, who was always available at any time of the day. The accommodation booked was 5 star. The drivers were professional and the vehicle had ample space for a family of four and a guide. The guides provided by Avajit were great. They spoke English well and have a thorough understanding of the monuments and India in general. Shyam in Delhi, Sheela in Agra and Yash in Jaipur are highly recommended. They made the trip special and enjoyable. We did not have to worry about anything and we are looking forward to returning.

Thank you Holy Tree Travel for such an exceptional well planned tour. Tailor made to our needs and wants. Being first time tourists of India, this experience remains ingrained with us for a very long time. The tour guides did justice with their knowledge in explaining the history and architecture of the historical sites.
We had the pleasure of having our own taxi driven car. He was an absolute star ensuring we reached the historic sites timeously manoeuvring through traffic.
We definitely will be doing another tour of India soon and Holy Tree Travel will be our preferred company.

Us being well travelled and after using services of various agents can vouch that these people are very professional. The thing I liked the most about them that they're always very confident of their services. A special thanks for Mr Rajeev who was very helpful and always there when we needed any help.
