Went for evening cruise from Millennium Park to Belur Math and back. It was great. The hospitality was of top notch. The food was very tasty. On of the crew member was guiding us through the entire trip. Very clean, neat & tidy. Hats off to them. Wish to take another trip along with my family soon.👍

We took the Vivada evening cruise on 3rd March 2023. It is a 3hrs cruise from 4pm-7pm with a stopover at Belur for 45 mins.
We had a few foreigners and elderly people in our group of 13 people.
The vessel has a lower deck which was AC and the Upper deck was Non AC but the breeze from the Ganges made it very pleasant and everyone opted to sit in the Upper deck.
Also must mention that the washrooms were very clean.
As soon as we boarded, we were served freshly made grilled veg & cheese sandwiches along with hot and cold beverages like Tea, Coffee and Soft drinks.
The guide on the cruise Raja, pointed out the main historical spots on both sides of the river Ganges which was visible due to day light being there.
Once we reached Belur we were escorted by our tour guide Raja and accompanied by Pinaki. A wheelchair was taken for my mother and was pulled by Raja right through our Belur tour.
After the tour when we boarded the cruise we were served again hot and cold beverages and 2 Non -Veg (Batter fried fish and Chicken Reshmi Kebab) and 2 Veg snacks (Crispy Baby Corn and Paneer Tikka) For desserst they had a Strawberry Mousse and Chocolate Pastry. Multiple helpings were allowed.
Hard drinks were also available on payment.
While returning the sun had set and the evening lights were on which gave a majestic view of the river banks on both sides and the 2 bridges.
All in all it was a great trip.
Cost of the trip was Rs 1500 +5% GST

What a superb experience! We reached a little late for the cruise but they were so kind and nice, they gave a special boat for just the five of us! We were on the 3 hour cruise from millenium park to Belur math and back.
We were given on soft drink at the time of boarding followed by fresh and hot grilled sandwiches. This was followed by coffee. There was then a guided tour of Belur math. On the way back we were served fish fingers, chicken tikka, paneer tikka and more tea and coffee with dessert. All in all absolutely fantastic.
Mr Pinaki Halder took care of everything for us. Every aspect of his services was absolutely perfect. Would also like to mention Mr Subrata Mondal, excellent service.

Took the evening 4pm-7pm trip on the Hooghly on 25.01.23.Loved the ambience and the food.The staff were well behaved and very helpful.My special thanks to Raja and Sourav for their excellent services.

Vivada cruises are generally very well organised except when they have a rush during the festive season. My last experience with their Immersion Cruise was not very pleasant as it was grossly mismanaged with bookings far in excess of their capacity. This could be one off as I have found their other cruises of a farly high order.
