We booked our Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling tour for 5 people via HillPeak tours (excluding hotels). The team was very responsive and quick. They covered the taxi and sight seeing and included all the must see places. They were also helpful in providing recommendations and modifying the tour to our liking. They arranged all the necessary permits required to visit Nathula pass. One of us was a foreign national and they arranged the necessary permits for them to visit Tsongmo lake as well. The drivers reached on time and were good. All in all, it was a comfortable trip and well managed.

We are Senior Citizens from Delhi. My wife (66 yrs) & me (72yrs) planned a leisure trip for Gangtok, Darjeeling & Siliguri. Hill Peaks Tours provided us the transport support & services from 21st Apr 24 to 27th Apr 24. This included pickup from Bagdogra Airport, transfers to Gangtok and Darjeeling, all sightseeings and drop at Siliguri on 27th Apr 24. Their executive Shri Tanay was par excellence in providing us with all assistance and support even at odd hours. Because of his constant liaisoning with us, we always felt that he was physically present near us. We, therefore, had a memorable trip, thanks to Hill Peaks Tour and specially Shri Tanay.

I hired a private taxi from Hill peak Tiur Travel company for my visit to Gangtok in May 23. There service was excellent. The car provided from them was in good condition and driver was efficient for hill driving. Everything was provided as promised. Would definitely recommend to book tour through them.

Had one of the worst experiences in 2 hotel properties booked by Hill Peak tours for me. That too when I had paid a pretty high price for both the hotel. Summit Oriental - Gangtok and Summit Newa Regency In Pelling. They had the worst rooms ever and had to spend the night waiting for buckets of water due to a water problem.
The problems were from the hotels, But Hill Peak tours were highly irresponsible in responding to our distress calls. They only respond to you when you want to spend your money to book through them. They don't respond to you when there is an issue on your travel. It has been about a month since my travel and I am fed up in asking for my compensation for such a horrible experience. I had the worst trip thanks to them. The reason we book via travel agencies are because we can fall back on them if some things go wrong during a trip. But these guys are least bothered when this happens.
Even everyday for driver details and hotel booking vouchers I had to remind them multiple times. I have never had such experiences on my vacation. Every agency usually gives you your vouchers before hand atleast.

We booked the car rental service through HillPeak tours based on the recommendation our hotel management, Summit Hotels. From the beginning, I was interacting with Payal from Hillpeak. They offered a very good service throughout our trip. Umang Driver was awesome. Vehicles were in good condition. I definitely look forward to having more tours with them down the line.

We Sr Citizens availed services of Hillpeak travels during our trip to Darjeeling-Gangtok-Kalimpong.
Vehicles were always there on time, clean and well maintained. Drivers were well behaved.
I am 100% satisfied with the services and certainly recommend my friends/relatives to avail their SERVICES.

Had a satisfying experience for my sikkim darjeeling trip. Susmita mam from hill peak was really helpful throughout the trip. All the cabs arranged for whole trip were in good condition and drivers well also polite n helpful.

Used Hillpeak tours for my entire Sikkim tours including pickups and drops from airport(IXB)
My experience was great - they always had a person who i can talk to. I had a very dynamic plan and changed it a few times but they were able to accommodate my requests.
Drivers were well behaved and very friendly. And my co-ordinator was very friendly and helped me throughout.

I used their services primarily for car rental and travel arrangements (Excluding flights to and fro) for Gangtok and north Sikkim tour.
The drivers are quite good, except once.
The rates are very competitive. But I will recommend to ask for rate breakups for each sector you cover.
Also, Don't rely on them solely for what points to cover, because they sought of misguided me in some points that were closed but still included it in my package

Very unproffessional
They only know how to make foolish to client, my client is travelling in sikkim before payment they are showing that they are very professional for customer service and after making payment they create many issue on the day of travel, and tell that there is no availbilty of Innova cab and nathula pass and many more excuses giving to us. every day driver reach 2 hours late in hotel my client was very upset from his services.
I recommend to everybuddy, pls don't take service from him. definitely you will get upset.
