This is a lovely love with a quiet ambience bang on the mall . It stocks tea from small tea farmers, lovely earthenware, hand knitted woollens , arts and craft pieces from local artists. Etc. The quality of all is excellent.

The store has got some very good and unique collections made by local people. The lady at the store is very charming and helpful. This store is a must visit for anyone who is in Darjeeling.

This is good for those who love unique collection. The price is not very much economical but you can go and can have a look of display which is again beautiful.

Some great local products including a large variety tea sourced from of small local growers which are very attractively packaged (great aroma too). The woollen wrap scurfs are a novelty since you do not get these other than places like Darj where the winter temperature necessitates such items. Obviously most of the products are locally made, often handmade, quality is visible and has a distinct design aspect, at the same time reasonably priced. You get a pure lamb's wool scarf for 800 INR!!!!! The enterpreuners are young energetic locals. Conversations with some of them made me aware that these 20 somethings are highly educated and dream of developing a franchise for such products. Number one shopping stop for me these days whenever I am in Darj.

The Shop is very small but is very neat and clean. Once you enter this place you are bound to buy something. The stuff is of very high quality. Bought some Woolen Caps and Stoles. It's a fair trade Shop but the finishing of the products is very good. Price is relatively high but its very well made. The Gentleman sitting at the counter gave relevant information on how to use some of the products which were new for us. They have Some winter wear, Ceramic coffee mugs, Tea, Jams, Postcards, Fridge magnets and a huge other selection of products.

Bought lots of tea and some more handmade products. The lady at the shop was both helpful and patient with us. The tea shop next to this shop is more busier but I realized that stuff at Fair Trade shop was more real. Still drinking tea bought from the shop.

We decided to buy a beautiful handmade lamp, but how on earth could be transport this back to Norway? The wonderful shipowner (?) Minket told us not to worry - she could arrange shipment as easy as anything. So she did - we have had the most efficient mail correspondence since we returned home, and the lamp is on its way! Thank you for running such an inspirational business in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Darjeeling..

Find this place in between two of the busiest tea shops in the area. It is a quiet place that offers all types of tea and also local creations like paintings, jams, squashes, pure wool caps, stolls, etc. The ambience is nice and exclusive.
