Worth visiting and can be tagged with zoo. Camera not allowed. Tenjing Norgay memorial should be visited. One can get images and models of mountaineering equipments and idea about quest for himalayas.

The museum is full of history, facts and objects that have been used by famous mountaineers. It allowed us to have a deeper understanding of the tough conditions of mountaineering back 60 years ago.

A glorious institution for mountaineers. Real tribute to Tenzing Norgay!! Museum displays rare artifacts of mountaineering equipments used by Tenzing and other great climbers in their Everest summit expeditions. A must visit for mountaineering enthusiasts particularly Everest lovers.
