On the final uphill to the Mahakal mandir entry gate, the first temple is of godess Kali. With the vibrant colourful background of the flags of Mahakal mandir the dark idol of godess Kali is definitely a contrast. Good place to visit.

Small temple just located in opposite of Mahakaal temple in the same area. Nothing very special. Just a normal time visit. Attraction and spiritual point for locals. Crowd during Navratri festival.

Kali is a Hindu Goddess and all the Kali Temples are dedicated to Goddess Kali regardless of their position. It is close to Chowrasta (15 minutes Uphill walk). Worth a visit for 5-10 minutes. The Kali temples are always heavy with history. It is nice...More
