The Everest museum, which is located in the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, has several articles from the various expeditions to Everest displayed. One gets to know interesting trivia about these expeditions and the equipment used in them.

A good museum for enthusiasts but lacks proper explanation nor staffs are placed to explanation, you will find difficulty to understand. The display lights of Shivalik peaks are out of order, the challenges of mountaineers remains hidden to public. The museum misses the main objective.
