The train passes through the city traffic for almost half of the route. If you sit near the engine, get ready for heavy noise, steam and pollution

Toy train in Darjeeling is one of the eye catching attraction. There're 2 options, diesel and steam engine, you can select 1 of your choice. It provides an excellent view of Kanchenjunga range. One of the must try option in Darjeeling.

Because of roadside vendors, the train honks the entire route and is very slow. Thus, the journey becomes a problem to the ears. Could be made more enjoyable.
