We fount this company online, went with the reviews and paid initial deposit online. The Comms by the company to provide all the relevant info was efficient pre rental. Our rental was reconfirmed 2 days prior to our arrival. On arrival we were met by a lovely gentleman Prakash who is very friendly, professional and courteous. We were impressed to see our details on the white board in the office stating all our requirements and the agreement and a deposit paid etc. We felt more confident about the company and its people loading with us. After successful rental agreement and paperwork we were then shown to our bikes and equipment and were so impressed with the bikes that had been maintained well and showed no signs of tiredness. Prakash was very thorough to provide us with all the relevant information we needed towards our road trip along with nice helmets, mobile holder and road map. Prakash made us feel very relaxed about everything and had won our confidence and trust. Unfortunately on the last day of the rental we had a mishap and once again the company/Prakash was very responsiveness to our needs and took care of the situation without us having to go through any frustration. I highly recommend SFA bike rental and will rent again in future. Employees like Prakash are an important asset to the company..Thank You.

We rent with my wife a Royal Enfield 500cc for a road trip of 800 kms in Tamil Nadu. Everything was perfet with the motorbike and service. Prakash did prepare the motorbike very well and we did not have any problem during the trip. He also was very helpfull and resepctfull in his services ( time schedule to deliver RE in our hotel, communication...). We really had a lovely experience with ride such of motorbike in India. Of course better to ride motorbike as usual, Indian roads and traffic is not allow to anybody -:) Thanks to Chennai motorcycle for their professionnal behavior. Me and my girlfriend rented a ROYAL ENFIELD for one day since we are planning to buy our own ones, but wanted to try out if we are able to handle a RE before. As we went to SFA Motorcycle Rental, Prakash gave us advice what RE model and engine might fit best. He was very professional and friendly overall. Furthermore he took the bike to a local service staff just to check if everything was alright before we left for our trip. We eventually choose a RE classic 350cc and drove about 130km in total. It was a great day and we are happy to come back if we feel like renting a motorcycle. Recommended “goods” and staff.
