This I would rate as the best guided tour I have ever done. Raju's English and knowledge was astounding. I wanted more that just a "tick list" of seeing the sights of Jaipur by car drop-off and instead wanted to see the real Jaipur. At first I was a little daunted to see that we'd be using a rickshaw, but this allowed for a real feeling for Jaipur and being able to go down the smallest of streets - it was a real benefit!. The tour covered all of the sights but oh such more! The partnership that Raju and his driver have allowed for us to be dropped off and scooped up somewhere else, allowing for walks through a temple in Amer, a market, seeing marble being cut, food being produced. Some tours take you to shops to get you to buy things - there was not a bit of this (a huge plus). The restaurant we went to (included in the price) was superb - didn't know I would like cheese curry! This was an unforgettable tour / experience and makes me want to come back to Jaipur. I am already starting to plan this and will plan to use Raju. Thank you Raju. Andy

What an excellent guide Raju is! We visited places no other guide would take us, amazing. Value for money and memories to last forever. We actually booked a second day because their experiences were excellent.

We did both the walking tour and the food tour, and both were fantastic! Our guides were very knowledgable and kind. We saw and tasted things we never would have on our own.

Raju was the perfect guide for the food tour. Took us to some of the best food I’d had in Jaipur telling us facts and interesting anecdotes along the way. A hugely fun experience and very flexible to accommodate our schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend booking the Street Food Tour to any one.

Raju was our guide from Hidden Jaipur. The whole experience was amazing: delicious food, information as to how it is made and the volume of food we tasted was well judged. We were really well looked after by Raju and enjoyed the experience immensely with no upset tummies the next day! Highly recommend!

Eight food stops by foot and tuk tuk, covering a sample of interesting food from around India. We would have missed all of these food options without our guide. He even accommodated a quick stop for photos of Albert Hall at night. Recommended even for people afraid to try steer food.

I booked 3 days of tour with Hidden Jaipur based on the glaring and consistent 5️⃣⭐ Reviews here in Tripadvisor. And after my trip, I clearly understood why.

1. Professional yet Intimate
As a solo traveler who booked her trip last minute, clearly I had so many things that I have not researched about my trip. Communication with Hidden Jaipur (HJ) from 1 month up until leading to the day of my trip has been consistenty clear and professional.

HJ provided me plenty of options on what activities and sights- a mix of both mainstream places where I can marvel at the city's grand history and architecture, and also offbeat places where I could breathe and savor local life as it is. You get to talk directly with the owner while planning your trip so you can decide with him any details in setting things up and get confirmation easily. I think thats pretty convenient. Oh, and it is noteworthy that they are on-time to any activity everyday!

2. Flexible and Affordable
Because HJ is a small tour operator in Jaipur, they are able to customize and adjust to your querky needs such as - stopping cycle tour to watch how Paneer (my fave) is made in the middle of streets, watching a bollywood movie and taking time to click as many pictures as I want. All these just my small requests that they have went out of their way to do so. For what it costs, i got more than what I paid for.

3. Great balance of history, knowledge, action and adventure and IG-worthy moments

I am excited learning about history and experiencing culture as much as I love clicking photos while doing so. Jaipur's ins and outs did not disappoint. The history and archi of the palaces, forts and temples were mindblowing to say the least. However, I think the city of Jaipur could do better preserving them especially with peaking affordable tourism influx.

For the ones up for action and adventure, I did a cycle tour on busy Diwali day and climbed fort ruins near Jaigarh Fort.

Raju and Sid did a wonderful job in the cycle tour - navigating me around the busy streets of Jaipur Diwali Day. They always looked out for me and made sure I was able to enjoy the melodic chaos around me. We cycled, we walked, we ate and we chilled around different parts of the city early morning. I noted that they are concurrently hosting other cycle tours but they were able to made sure I get different places well ahead of the other crowd so I can enjoy the sights on my own.

Monkey-ing around in a Hanuman temple (not sure of name) near Jaigarh fort where I enjoyed interacting with monkeys, breathing fresh air, feasting on the scenic views and just getting a lot of workout climbing the hills made this experience pretty memorable.

The walk around the busy markets and back alleys of Jaipur with Viru was just as great as I get to experience all market day and dynamics, including observing how people made diff Indian food in the back of their shops.

Thanks Sajid / Eric Bana my tuktuk driver for being on time always and driving me safely everywhere, and oh for smiling 😄

There are so many other places I visited around Jaipur with these guys. I did all the touristy places as well but perhaps the other reviews here have covered that already, so maybe you can check those out instead.

4. Family in New Friends
Maybe its the Indian culture or maybe its just these guys, but the Hidden Jaipur team will treat you like family so much so that they open their own homes and have you meet their own families too.

Thank you to my wonderfuly family in Jaipur! Until next time 💕

What a treat! Raju is a fabulous guide, and very knowledgeable about his street food. He is also a charming and friendly person, well suited to his work as a guide. I learned so many things about food and Rajasthani culture from him, not to mention the vast amount of street food we got to sample as well. Highly recommended. Joy. Australia 🇦🇺

A friend recommended hiddenjaipur and this was the best tour we had in India! Our guides were amazing, professionals and very knowledgable. They sent the schedule in advance and were very flexible. We went to Hawa Mahal (wind palace), Veg and flower market, Govind Dev Ji temple,City palace,Royal Gaitor (Cremation site of Jaipur Rulers ),Water palace,Amber Fort ,Panna meena ka kund,Jagat shiromani temple and the elephant village in one day! We ate food with locals and they answered all our questions. We felt really good with them!
