I have just returned from a 10 day trip to Delhi, Agra ,Jaipur, Udaipur and Jodpur. I arrange a driver from Ganpat who looked after us incredibly well.Ganpat arranged guides where we wanted them and was on hand 24hrs per day if required ( luckily no problems) .Ganpat was very helpful and the holiday was amazing and we couldn't have done it without his help.Special.mention to our driver . I would highly recommend using Ganpat and his company. My only complaint was I needed more time in India.

I have just had the most amazing and wonderful introduction to India, taking in Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore Tiger Reserve, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur and Udaipur, all organised and executed to perfection by Mr Ganpat's Incredible Tour to India. My friend and I wanted to see all the major sites but also something of the countryside and wildlife and the culture and ordinary lives of local people. As two ladies travelling together we also wanted to feel safe and secure and not to have to waste precious time trying to sort out transport and hotels between places. Having researched many other tour packages for the Golden Triangle, we were clear we wanted a slower pace and some flexibility to change as we went along as needed. Ganpat helped us put together a varied and interesting itinerary at a very reasonable price. As many other reviewers have reported, we had an overwhelmingly positive experience from start to finish. Ganpat's mantra is "Guest is God" and his service reflects this, it was professional, polite, extremely well organised and he was always on hand by WhatsApp or phone to check all ok and to resolve any problems. Our driver was Ravindra Singh, who despite his limited English, went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed; he was a very safe and competent driver, amazingly calm and patient no matter what chaos was on the roads. He really looked after us, such as in Udaipur where the streets were too narrow for his car to get to the haveli, he rang the hotel to get them to send a tuk tuk to meet us so the driver would know where to go and then rang the hotel to check we had arrived safely. Our hotels were all great and we had guides at all the major sites. As others have mentioned, we did find the guides really tiresome when it came to taking us to "outlets" we didn't want to go to and some would not take no for an answer. This is probably outside Ganpat's control so visitors should be forewarned to be very assertive in declining these extras as they do eat into your time to see the sights. We also had several impromptu experiences that you won't get on your bog standard tour package, such as the chance to meet Ganpat's charming family at his home and to pop into a local school to see what the children were learning. Overall then, I would not hesitate to recommend Incredible Tour to India to anyone wanting to book a tour to India and would definitely use them again if I return. I have had the most wonderful trip of my life and will treasure the memories. Thank you Ganpat and Ravindra.

I have recently returned from a 17 day trip to Delhi,Agra and various cities in Rajasthan and booked with 'The Incredible Tour to India' company and was never disappointed with this decision. Ganpat, the Director, ensured from the beginning that our itinerary was what we wanted and very quickly responded to our comments incorporating them into our programm. The organisation was excellent and efficient and although due to unforeseen circumstances there was a change if itinerary for one day/night,Ganpat quickly and efficiently organised an alternative. Ganpat was always available throughout the holiday and ensured all was going smoothly. The accommodation was of high standard, food excellent and great service from the staff.I particularly liked the haveli type accommodation which we had originally requested for some places. Apart from the efficient organisation, a major contributing factor to the enjoyment of our holiday was our driver, Ravindra Singh.Ravindra was professional and courteous at all times and really looked after us (we were two women friends travelling together) and nothing was too much trouble.. eg at our request he found us a gin shop! He stopped at various service type places en route which helped break some of the inevitable long journeys. He was always contactable, was an impeccable time keeper and an excellent safe driver in the somewhat chaotic, busy Indian traffic..thank you Ravindra for keeping us safe! Guides were arranged throughout and although most were very knowledgeable, their enthusiasm was variable!..some were excellent! It became clear that there was another agenda, namely, to take us to various shopping outlets..eg gems, carpets, spices, textiles where presumably they received commission. Although it was very interesting to learn about various production techniques,we had to be very firm whether we wanted to visit or not! In conclusion,an amazing holiday with excellent organisation;we had a very diverse experience Thank you Ganpat and Ravindra..I highly recommend!

Following a recommendation from friends we used Ganpat at Incredible Tours to plan and organise our three week holiday in India. The first two weeks were spent in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Varanassi, with the third week in the Himalayas in Uttarakhand. Ganpat's organisation was excellent, he was happy to incorporate our ideas and very flexible in the arrangements some of which we adapted during the tour. We had a great driver Govind Singh for the first part of our tour after which Ganpat had organised our internal flights and train travel. The suggested hotels were all good and one of his best suggestions was to have 2 nights chilling at Lakshman Sagar between Jaipur and Jodphur which I'd definitely recommend.

As artists we were totally blown away by Nak Chand’s Rock Garden in Chandigarh at the start of our 14 days in India. The tour was excellently coordinated by Mr Ganpat with some great hotel choices, considerate guides and drivers. The Taj Mahal through a misty sunrise was priceless and the Jain Temple in Ranakpur was just awesome. Pondering the evolution of the geology af an area like Hampi, our final destination, is just ‘gob smacking’. In hindsight we were probably over ambitious in the scope of what we asked Ganpat to put together but an exhilarating time was had by all.
