The organisation of the trip was amazing. TTE car seats were very comfortable and the driver was very friendly Bajarang Singh Rathore. We travelled for 7 days through the Rajasthan.

We went on a trip to Kashi, Gaya, Allahabad, that was arranged by Namaste Holiday. Everything was well planned and executed. They went out of their way to find us the best hotels. The car provided for the tour was comfortable. The driver knew a lot about the locations, so he guided us in planning our daily activities. We not only got to know about the local cultures, but also got to taste the best of the local cuisines. Thank you Dinesh ji for the wonderful and memorable experience.

Amazing Guiding Skills

Dinesh our guide was truly amazing and I am so grateful to him thank you.

My quest when always visiting Rajasthan is to find and just watch a herd of those amazing creatures, the 'Blue Bulls' ....
Dinesh located them quickly and in a terrific place with great scenery and we were able to take some wonderful photos.

Dinesh was very patient with us and genuinely pleased he'd fulfilled our wish.

Thank you again to our dedicated guide Dinesh who I would seriously recommend to all

Had a great experience with Namaste Holiday.
-Hotels booked were great
-The car provided for the tour was well maintained
-Provided really good local guides at Jaipur and Jaisalmer. Got to know a lot about the local stories and culture.
-Very professional service at affordable prices.

Awesome Rajasthan

I'm glad that I chose Namaste holiday.. When we started to plan Rajasthan tour, this was the one which popped up first on google page. I went through the reviews, which were satisfying enough to make a quick decision of choosing them.
We met Vedpal ji(our chauffeur) in airport, a very patientful man. Though our flight got delayed by several hours, he waited and welcomed us with his smile. And continued his best attitude through out the trip and guided us well.
The journey of Rajsthan was beautiful.
From Jaipur to Udaipur without any hitch we travelled joyfully, thanks to Namaste holidays.
The stay in every hotel was comfortable. The desert camp and adventures were awesome.
We travelled with our ten year old, but nowhere it was discomforting.
I recommend this travel agency to everyone and we shall also make new plans with them in the future. We were also informed that they plan for other states also.
Thank you Dinesh ji for organizing this wonderful trip!
To end with I would like to thank his whole family as they treated us heartily, especially Mrs.Dinesh ji thank you for your homely treatment!

Bad experience

We, a family of 3, had planned a trip to Rajasthan with Namaste Holidays, Jaipur, organized by Mr. Dinesh (+91 9782417111) and Mr. Pradeep +91 9649417111). It was an 8 day trip and we had opted for a deluxe package, which included a packaged trip inclusive of breakfast and dinner for 3 adults for 8 days and a local guide at all the places. We had been promised 4 star accommodation and we had also opted for a Toyota Ethios car for the entirety of the trip, airport to airport.

The highlight of the trip was the car driver, Mr. Prakash (+91 8875682923), who drove us safely and very comfortably for 8 days. He was well mannered and extremely helpful.

Day 1
We landed in Jodhpur and Mr.Prakash picked us from the airport and drove us to Jaisalmer and we stayed @ Saira fort. The accommodation, food, and the staff was the best. The local guide was also provided as promised at the sights for the day.

Day 2
We stayed at the desert at Prince desert camp. The food was not so great but the staff were very courteous.

Day 3
We drove to Jodhpur and we stayed at Hotel Zone by park.
The room were spotless and room service quick and helpful, they had a huge spread for breakfast and dinner too.
No guide was provided by Namaste Holidays in Jodhpur as promised.
The highlight of our stay at Zone by the Park hotel was the manager Mr. Govinda Singh, who extended his hospitality and went out of his way to help us in getting medicines at 10 pm. The timely help was very appreciated.

Day 4
We travelled to Udaipur from Jodhpur, where we had 2 nights accommodation at Hotel Ram Pratap Palace. We had a bad experience at this hotel as the bathrooms were leaking continuously and the beds were very hard. We complained to the front desk and they changed the room on the next day.
The highlight of the hotel is their restaurant opposite the Fateh Sagar lake and the food was extremely delicious.
No guide was provided by Namaste Holidays as promised.

Day 6
We travelled to Jaipur from Udaipur and we had a 2 nights accommodation at the Hotel Bissau Palace. The approach road and locality of this heritage hotel was dilapidated.
We had a long journey and wanted a comfortable place to rest but to our dismay we had to undergo many difficulties, which includes -
1. The front desk took their own time to complete the check in formality.
2. They told us that they had changed our room as the bathroom had plumbing issues in the room that was allotted to us, and they gave us 2 rooms.
3. As we entered the rooms, we were able to smell the dampiness of the room.
4. The bathroom was leaking and was overall unhygienic, especially the commode.
5. The bath towels were torn and were brown in colour, they also had a weird smell to them.
6. The Carpets, cushions, floors and, upholstery were dirty and dusty and it seemed that they were not washed or cleaned for a very long time.
7. The dinner served was stale and cold and there was no staff to attend in the dinning hall.
8. Breakfast was pathetic consisting only of bread and poha.

We complained to Mr. Dinesh on the same night and he said he would visit us in the morning and sort it out for us. But to our surprise, Mr. Dinesh was supporting the hotel and telling that as it is a heritage hotel and not much could be expected.
We understand that it's a heritage hotel, but the least that we expect is for clean linens and towels, for the money we had paid.

Mr. Dinesh agreed to move us from Bissau to Zone by the Park and enquired about the tariff.
We checked out from Hotel Bissau Palace and moved to the Zone by the Park, which was personally booked by us during the early hours of the morning as we couldn't get good sleep.
We had to undergo a lot of discomfort the whole night and the audacity of the travel agent Mr. Dinesh to bear the charges for the change in the room.

Day 8
Mr. Dinesh, came and met us and after lot of discussion, he agreed to pay for the new hotel tariff.
We were misguided and lacked professionalism and discipline from the team as -
A) wrong choice of hotel was provided for the deluxe package.
B) guide services were provided only in Jaisalmer and Jaipur.
C) No dinner was provided on 7th day.

On top of it, both Mr. Dinesh and Pradeep kept pestering by calling continuously to make the remaining payment before we left.

Bad experience and disappointed with Namaste Holidays, Jaipur, and would never recommend them to anyone. We would also file a complaint with the consumer forum on the lack of professionalism and their disservice.

Glimpse of rajasthan - a memoir

well planned itinerary.good clean hotels with excellent breakfast, co-operative drivers. Breakfast at Hotel Karnavathi , Mount abu was the best and hotel golden house at Jaisalmer was excellent. Steaming hot water on cold morning in the desert camp was something not expected. Overall thanks to Dinesh ji for giving me and my family an enjoyable , memorable trip to rajasthan.
