We had an amazing experience. Chintu went out of his way to get us the stones we liked and welcomed us with kindness and honesty. All of the semi-precious stones are authentic and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend and I hope that I will be able to return soon!

Chintu & the team make buying special gems & jewellery really fun & relaxed. Certification of stones can be provided & they make you feel welcome, right at home & not rushed at all. Gorgeous products… much to be tempted by. From semiprecious all the way through to diamonds. Chintu has all the treasures!

I lied. I actually left with three rings. One was custom made which were delivered to my hotel two days later. Could not be more happy with the result. You still need to make sure you haggle with them ;) as there are lots of places to get rings made. But the customer service and range of jewels and jewellery on offer is great

Great service, beautiful gems, kind staff.
They even brought soup to my hotel when the owner found out my friend was sick! That is some kind of kindness that is rare in this world.

I had such an amazing experience here! Golu & Chintu helped me look through stone after stone, never getting annoyed or irritated with my questions or curiosity! They were extremely knowledgeable about all the stones and had so many options to choose from. They can make basically anything and any kind of jewelry you want which is amazing. I picked all the stones I wanted and they were happy to make what I asked: earnings, pendant, ring, bracket, etc. They are so friendly and hospital, offering chai/ coffee and water to everyone who comes in. I would highly recommend coming to Shivam Gems N Jewellery for high quality, good price & a friendly positive easy experience gem shopping! I went to a number of jewelry shops and this was by far the best. Thankyou so much, I will defiantly be back when I’m in Jaipur!!! <3

Our Tuk Tuk driver brought us to this shop. I’m not into jewelry that much but came out with a custom made pendant another necklace for myself and two for friends plus a whole bunch of earrings all for a very good price. There was no bargaining and no pressure!

Tucked away off MI road you have to be in the ‘know’ to even find this place. Nothing to look at from the outside, the shop is in the basement of a house. It really is a hidden gem!
During our stay in Jaipur my friend and l made several visits to the store, bought several items, had pieces of jewellery made and even repaired. We brought friends who also had items made. We were really pleased with the quality and the service.
In a city where every where you look there is a jewellery store it is difficult to know where to go and who to trust. Chintu was a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly return again and won’t hesitate to recommend others. He has something to suit everyone in silver or gold for all budgets.
