I traveled to India along with 5 other people in late November-early December 2019. Travel Impact arranged a trip that allowed us to experience many aspects of the "real" India. We were exposed to rich cultural experiences, friendly people & amazing food. Our itineray took us to Rishhkesh (the Yoga Capital of the world), Amritsar (where the famous Golden Temple is located), the holy city of Varanasi (where pilgrims come to the Ganges River to wash away sins in the sacred waters, to cremate their loved ones, or simply to die here, hoping for liberation from the cycle of rebirth), Jaipur - (known as the Pink City), Agra (known for the Taj Mahal) & Delhi (Capital of India). We enjoyed city tours in each of the locations where local guides educated us about the historical importance of the city & gave glimpses into the culture of that area. We visited many famous landmarks/heritage sights as well as some lesser know attractions that may be off the usual tourist radar (like a Yoga teacher training school in the village of Dhunaar, or the border station of Atari which is between India & Pakistan where the lowering of their country flags every evening drawn huge crowds)

We ate a variety of foods ranging from street food (DELICIOUS), small cafes & very nice upscale family style restaurants - all arranged by Sanjay - our guide. I now know what to order in an Indian Restaurant - LOL.

The accommodations we enjoyed were a combination of ashram and various levels of hotels.

Sanjay did a fabulous job taking care of the group - he was with us the entire trip - available 24/7 and always on the lookout for things that he thought the group would enjoy - (i.e. street food stands for tasty treats & Masala Chai from street vendors) He was our translator - our problem solver & our protector.

We used a variety of transportation modes - air travel, metro, Uber, trains (both day & overnight), Rickshaws (Tuk-Tuks) & private 10/12 passenger vans. This was also arranged by Travel Impact.

Sanjay was flexible, patient & tried hard to meet everyones needs - even when the group wanted to deviate from original plans (like when we left him at the restaurant & went to crash an Indian wedding - or all wanted to go our separate ways at a very crowded bazaar - LOL).

If I ever return to India I would definitely use his services again!!!

Had a great experience while I was on tour to Rajasthan planned and executed by Travel Impact. Firstly, the service they provide are out of the league. For example, the road transport (car/taxi) they sent was in a superb condition. Moreover, the drivers are trained and knowledgeable, humble and polite. Lastly, by the way things went on my trip, I would definitely want to have another trip with Travel Impact

Being the first trip to North India,me and my fiancee were always cautious. Also was our honeymoon.
This journey for us at the begining was so quick that we needed to fix a place which contained the heritage beauty of the country. Also we were so sure to explore India because as of the fasion for honeymoon now, everyone would leave the country to visit the remaining wonders. If the country we live itself has its eternal soul of beauty, why to choose other parts of the world?
So we planned to visit Udaipur, City of Lakes! All the arrangements were done by our brother and he assured to believe in TRAVEL IMPACT( One of the best Travel agencies we have ever met) and started our journey from Bnglore to Udaipur.
The major attraction of Travel Impact is its service. They dont leave you a chance to get "lost" somewhere. They will be in your service 24*7. They welcome you, hear your views and opinions or suggestions, treat you like that atmost guest of ever. The iternary they privided was so examplary that it wont leave you in tight schedule.
Some of the main attractions of Udaipur they showed us were..
1. Fatehgarh Palace (were we lived
for the 3 days of our journey)
2.Kumbalgarh Fort
3.Bali Lake/ Tiger hill
4.Fateh garh
5.Ranakpur
6.City lake palace
7.Hatipole bazar
8.Ambrai (mesmerising restaurent)
In a nutshell, I would say if someone wants to experience the royalty and culture of Rajasthan,we prefer TRAVEL IMPACT. Those guys are the best.
We thank them for giving us a wonderful, remarkable memmorable journey.

It all started with query resolution from Travel Triangle, they were too quick to come back with the quotations. And then the planning and deciding on the schedule started with Travel Impact. It was not because Travel Impact had given an economical quote with good properties, we decided because a mutual friend had earlier taken the service and was too happy with the planning Travel Impact does.
Mr. Sanjay from Travel Impact was too courteous in handling our last minute changes and plan. And he ensured our point to point service. We were welcomed by a very well dressed chauffeur and we were quite happy to see the cab which was totally new.
We started with a visit to Jodhpur first and stayed at Kothi Heritage which in itself is a place of attraction, 128 years old Kothi very well maintained and excellent service. The next day, went to the mesmerizing Jaisalmer SAM deserts and WIND Camp gave us a life time experience. Also had a sight seeing of Jaisalmer city. The war museum and the live fort are total cool, loved it

It was a marvelous experience for me and my group including infants , children.Starting from the initial discussions and by the time trip got completed it was my finest experience of travel and dealing with any travel company, hats off to the relationship management and contacts Network of Mr Sanjay .
Whole trip went so smooth that we didn't faced any trouble during any stage.
We started our discussions with Sanjay for our travel requirements to Jaisalmer and jodhpur from Delhi .We compared quotations as a usual practice of consumer , unbelievable experience that best hotels we got at best price.
Real service or gesture started from there , Travel impact provides us so marvelous service in terms of coordination with hotels ,resort and desert camp sites . Rooms upgraded at jodhpur, best tempo Traveller provided , continuous in touch with us and with hotel staff for a life time experience provision to the group .
Whole group was very happy and enjoyed each and every day with no problem at all.
Very supportive, great professional and excellent travel experience.I highly recommend travel impact for any travel and would also suggest/recommend my friend group to try at least once to see professionalism and enjoy the service.
It's worth every penny to travel via travel impact.

From,
Traveller
