I traveled to India along with 5 other people in late November-early December 2019. Travel Impact arranged a trip that allowed us to experience many aspects of the "real" India. We were exposed to rich cultural experiences, friendly people & amazing food. Our itineray took us to Rishhkesh (the Yoga Capital of the world), Amritsar (where the famous Golden Temple is located), the holy city of Varanasi (where pilgrims come to the Ganges River to wash away sins in the sacred waters, to cremate their loved ones, or simply to die here, hoping for liberation from the cycle of rebirth), Jaipur - (known as the Pink City), Agra (known for the Taj Mahal) & Delhi (Capital of India). We enjoyed city tours in each of the locations where local guides educated us about the historical importance of the city & gave glimpses into the culture of that area. We visited many famous landmarks/heritage sights as well as some lesser know attractions that may be off the usual tourist radar (like a Yoga teacher training school in the village of Dhunaar, or the border station of Atari which is between India & Pakistan where the lowering of their country flags every evening drawn huge crowds) We ate a variety of foods ranging from street food (DELICIOUS), small cafes & very nice upscale family style restaurants - all arranged by Sanjay - our guide. I now know what to order in an Indian Restaurant - LOL. The accommodations we enjoyed were a combination of ashram and various levels of hotels. Sanjay did a fabulous job taking care of the group - he was with us the entire trip - available 24/7 and always on the lookout for things that he thought the group would enjoy - (i.e. street food stands for tasty treats & Masala Chai from street vendors) He was our translator - our problem solver & our protector. We used a variety of transportation modes - air travel, metro, Uber, trains (both day & overnight), Rickshaws (Tuk-Tuks) & private 10/12 passenger vans. This was also arranged by Travel Impact. Sanjay was flexible, patient & tried hard to meet everyones needs - even when the group wanted to deviate from original plans (like when we left him at the restaurant & went to crash an Indian wedding - or all wanted to go our separate ways at a very crowded bazaar - LOL). If I ever return to India I would definitely use his services again!!!

Had a great experience while I was on tour to Rajasthan planned and executed by Travel Impact. Firstly, the service they provide are out of the league. For example, the road transport (car/taxi) they sent was in a superb condition. Moreover, the drivers are trained and knowledgeable, humble and polite. Lastly, by the way things went on my trip, I would definitely want to have another trip with Travel Impact
