We visited Ratnavali Arts today and met Mr. Om Prakash Saint. He was terrific. Very cordial and knowledgeable. Not high pressure at all. We saw so many wonderful pieces. If you are looking for jewelry we highly recommend.

I was taken around to see the cutting, polishing and fitting of gem stones into jewellery. Afterwards went to the showroom/shop and saw some amazing artwork and the biggest gem stones I’ve ever seen!
Bought a couple of small pieces but didn’t feel a pressure to buy! Wanted to buy everything but managed to control myself 😊 Definitely worth a visit!

we where very pleased at that shop. I had to renew an opal stone in a ring. Found an opal and the ring was repaired imedeately.
We saw a wide collection of different jewelerys. And bought aswell some presents. The staff is very friendly and helpful and is not pushing you to buy anything.
It was a very nice experience

Staggered to be invited to leave a review from Ratnavali but here goes....
I visited this lovely set out store in November while on holiday visiting India. Anil, the owner was very pleasant as were the rest of the staff and I felt confident that the jewellery was of a high standard. I went on to purchase three rings- two made specifically for me and spent over £2,000. This is where the positives end.
I wore one ring to go home in so as not to put all of the rings in my luggage. I was horrified to find that one of the diamonds had fallen out by the time I arrived home. So upset, I emailed Anil immediately and he suggested that I return the ring via Fed Ex. This I looked in to doing only to find that India will confiscate all gold, silver, precious stones as there is a complete ban on imports. I explained this to Anil and asked for an alternative method of solving the issue and I have not heard from Ratnavali Arts despite sending numerous emails-all of which have been ignored.
Even more disappointing is that when I wore the second ring for the first time, a diamond also fell out. Again I emailed Ratnavali and have not had a reply.
I have had the rings valued independently on my return to the UK and they have verified that they are diamonds. The workmanship for the settings, however, is poor.
Don't be fooled by the people in Ratnavali Arts, the standard and quality is no where near UK standards and, as I have found, I now have two rings that are unwearable and a third that I dare not wear.

Dear Jayne,
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. Please do send us the ring back, whatever the courier charges are, we will pay for it. If you prefer to make the work in UK itself, whatever the charges are, we will pay for it as well.
Sorry for the late answer but we were expecting someone going to UK in the coming days so we thought that he could bring back the ring directly to us for reparations.
Anyway, please let us know the way you want to go for the reparations, we will take all responsibilities and pay for all the charges.
Please send me your contact number that I can talk to you directly.

A great place with beautiful gems and jade carvings. Fair pricing and excellent customer service. My piece arrived with in two weeks and was beautifully packaged and I was so happy to receive Ganesha. Thank You and I look forward to returning.

Very professional gentlemen guided us through a wide range of great products in a pleasant atmosphere. We never felt pressurised to buy (or to buy more), which I really appreciated (compared to other places...). We decided to buy one beautiful ring and are very satisfied with it.

Our Jaipur tour guide Mukesh went out of his way to take me to a jewelry shop, to see how jewelry was made. at first I was hesitant because shopping and bargaining can be very difficult and not always straight forward. I really wanted to buy some silver and Gem stones. I have to say, His recommendation was excellent! Anil was Very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took his time in explaining and sharing his business with me. I got the most beautiful emerald rings and many little necklaces as gifts for my family. He was honest and most importantly I never felt pressured! The price was very reasonable. Excellent service from all the employees and beautiful jewelry. I would recommend and definitely visit again!

Great place to buy gems in Jaipur - anything from a few hundred rupees to very expensive pieces. You can see their workshop out front where they cut and polish the gems. The shop is very nice and the staff very helpful but not pushy. They have people making the jewelry onsite so they can make custom modifications/pieces for whatever you're looking for. Om Prakash did a great job helping us find exactly what we were looking for.
