On our exceptional Instagram tour of Jaipur, we were guided by Abhimanyu to the most picturesque monuments. We started at the wind palace with a photoshoot and went to Amber palace.the beauty of the mighty fort is sure to leave one spellbound. With intricate carvings and stunning architecture , the fort gave us some amazing clicks. We also went to a South Indian style temple, saw an ancient water reservoir and the water palace. All these places had different beauty and we were guided to get best pictures from different angles. The last stop patrika gate is adorned with beautiful paintings and can easily be the most instagrammable location of Jaipur. The entire tour gave us plenty of opportunity to capture memories of our tour adorned with beautiful backgrounds. Thank you Vedic walks.

My husband and i along with our daughters took an exclusive excursion to this unique village of women weavers - Manpura. The ladies here held their heads up with pride for they were creating masterpieces with hand-knotted carpets. My daughters were interested in visiting this village as one of them is also currently studying the same. Needless to mention it was a delightful experience witnessing all these ladies working day long with colorful threads and getting their craft known across the world. We also visited mud class houses, potters and a community center. The village also had a day creche for the small children of the working ladies.
I must recommend tour of Manpura if you want to experience something remarkable and different.

I have travelled across the world leading women only groups specialising on textile theme. However India has been my favorite destination with the widest opportunity of witnessing arts and crafts being conserved and practiced for years. This time we planned our entire tour with local destination management company Vedic Walks, and the tour went flawless.
The Handcrafted experiences curated by them to offer love demos and hands on for each textile craft we saw were truly remarkable. The itinerary was carefully designed to spend much time in each city exploring its rich heritage of textiles alongwith architecture and royal history.
We took excursions to villages of rajasthan and gujarat Crafting exquisite embroideries, weaving and printing on fabric creating masterpieces.
The add on of the tour was the heritage walks organized to explore the destination like a local. Even the selection of boutique hotels made us part of sustainable and responsbily tourism practices followed by them.
I am personally extremely satisfied with the entire tour program, hotels, experiences and transportation services and looking forward to our November tour with them.

I recently was on Royal Rajsthan Tour with my husband. The tour operated by vedic walks exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we began the tour, it was evident that vedic walks had curated a remarkable itinerary that showcased the best of Rajasthan.
With a warm welcome our knowledgeable guide effortlessly transported us back in time with interesting stories and historical insights. Our tour guide truly made the tour come alive. Vedic walks commitment to authenticity reflected in all experiences we had during the tour. From heritage walks, to walking through vibrant markets, witnessing traditional craftsmanship, visiting historical monuments helped us connect with the rich heritage. Even the accomodations selected were nothing short of extraordinary.
We would like to thank vedic walks for their detailing, impeccable service and flawless experience and recommend their services to our friends and family.
Hopefully, We will be back soon for another your with them soon !

This was my second time in Jaipur and was really interest to experience the town more than just Forts & Palaces. The tour was beyond what we imagined and a big thank you to Aarti, our guide for the day. She accommodated our last minute request to start the tour early and visiting few additional places that we wanted to check-out.

Being a photographer, I was amazed that our guide shared a similar skills and she ensured we get perfect pictures of each visited place. I especially loved step-well, Elephant stand and exchanging greeting with locals while walking in the narrow heritage lanes. Ended the tour on lovely note as we received beautiful souvenirs made from recycled paper.

Cannot recommend this tour enough and can only wish we had one more day in Jaipur. We have also booked their Salawas village experience in Jodhpur and will share review once home.

ANI was our guide. We saw both the inner city artisan/architecture walking tour and the Bagru Village block print tour the following day. We also had our 8 year old with us.

First, just the right balance of information, moving us along, allowing us to stop and shop when we wanted, while also changing things up when our 8 year old decided she couldn’t walk anymore.

Second, you just feel the respect Abu and the organisation has for the culture and the artisans they are showcasing.

Third, professional all the way around. All those stars are for a reason. Great value for what you pay.

We took a guided walk through the small rural village of Bagru, outside of Jaipur. We were picked up and returned to Jaipur. In Bagru, we toured small local workshops with craftsmen hand carving wooden blocks to be used in printing. We went to other workshops where the cloth was printed, dyed, and washed, and learned about the centuries old process still done all by hand while experiencing a small rural village. This is not a shopping trip - and we actually had to ask at the end if we could purchase some articles, which we were allowed to do if there were not part of commissioned orders. One part that was especially fun was trying our own hand at making a block printed scarf for ourselves. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the process and history and subtleties of this type of textile making. Very enjoyable morning that we will never forget.

A chance visit to this handicraft hub. The traditional art is being preserved. A lot of manual handicraft involved. Prices are reasonable considering amount of labour and skill involved.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Bagru learning about how this beautiful prints are created. We witnessed all the process, from selecting the fabrics, to how the colors involved are created, etc. and we even had the opportunity of meeting different members of the families that have been doing this for decades. Arpit (sp) was a very knowledgeable and patience guide that answer to all our questions and curiosities. Highly recommended if you're visiting Jaipur for a few days.

My Jaipur Morning Heritage Walk was delightful, full of amazing surprises and ever so interesting. It was a joy to walk around the little tiny streets, be surprised by buffalo wandering past exquisite shops and be amazed by the craftsmanship of various artisans such as a beautiful young woman making bracelets. My guide was a wonderful woman who explained the culture of Jaipur clearly and eloquently as we meandered along the little streets. I will never forget this fantastic experience as it is firmly in my memories of India. Loved it!
