We are a registered company which offers day tours by private car and Driver in different cities in all states of India. During such a private tour we will take you not only to the main sightseeing points, the old heritage city but also to special attractions for the city. During this kind of individual Tour, you will be provided a personal Car with the Driver. Our Driver will be at your disposal the whole day. You can stop where you wish to and take photos etc. You will be given important tips from our driver regarding the lunch breaks and good sightseeing points on the way during your individual tour. You will also have local Guides during the tour and they will explain to you the monuments during the sightseeing.

Sanjeev Minglani from Indo Vacations organized my stay in India in a very professional manner and proved to be extremely reliable.
The first weeks in Jaipur were filled with Hindi lessons from Suman Minglani, which she taught with a lot of patience and pedagogical competence. My guide in Kolkata gave me many new insights into the city. The subsequent multi-week tour through Orissa was the absolute highlight. The many visits to the villages and colorful markets of the tribes are an unforgettable experience. Due to the profound knowledge of the living conditions of the natives, the guide Jahir gave me many additional insights into this unknown world.
A stay in Goa was the relaxed conclusion.
I have no hesitation in recommending Indo Vacations!

Trip to Maharashtra from Mauritius
We visited lonovala, khandala,Pune,Mahabaleshwar & Alibaug, mumbai on an 8 day tour by car & driver.
The trip was organised in a very professional manner by the agent. All the places we visited were well selected by the agent except Alibaug.However we could have skipped Alibaug since we already have pristine beaches in Mauritius.
The places visited offered a good blend of nature trail, indian cultural heritage, architecture & spiritual sites.
The hotels were all of top quality except Sidz cottage which is quite original but which needs some uplifting.
The driver Santosh was very kind & helpful. He has done his level best to make our visit to India a memorable one.
The only issue we had with the visit is the mode of payment of the tour. The swift code of the company account was not working & we could not pay by Visa.This was quite stressful.
Fortunately Mr Minglani finally accepted that we pay for the tour after reaching India. We really appreciate this gesture on his part.

We (2 friends from Germany) had booked an 11 day tour through Maharasthra, and Karnataka to Goa. (Mumbai-Matheran-Nashik-Aurangabad-Pune-Mahabaleshwar-Bijapour-Hampi-Badami-Goa).
It was perfect.
The contact with IndoVacations in advance was very quick and good. On our part, we had problems with the money transfer to India and could not meet the deadline. Again, the exchange with IndoVacations was always nice and finally, with their help, it worked out.
We couldn't have asked for a better driver than Mannan. On the first day, he picked us up from the hotel on time. With his safe driving (even on gravel roads), we felt comfortable in the car at all times. He knew delicious restaurants for lunch breaks and places of interest along the way. Starting the day early was also no problem and spontaneous stops were no problem.
We specified hotels in the medium category and were completely satisfied with all the accommodation done by Indovacation.
In retrospect, we would have done the tour without Mahabaleshwar (understandable that it is a good rest for people from Mumbai and Pune, but apart from some views, it had little to offer us and was quite expensive for that) and Nashik and instead had a little more time in Pune, but that is just our personal impression.
All in all, we can only recommend booking a tour!

Extraordinary trip very well organized by Indo Vacation from west to east and north to south. Very professional. Excellent drivers and very knowledgeable guides. A great opportunity to discover the diversity and wonders of this fantastic India.

Very happy to recommend Indo Vacations. We organised this trip jointly with them, they were happy to let us work out what we wanted and then offer their own suggestions which added to making the trip so enjoyable and hassle free. They also gave us a very reasonable price. From our arrival to departure everything was smoothly organised. We traveled across from Chennai to Cochin over a three week period with the invaluable help of our driver Joshy Robert who we would also highly recommend and provided us with an excellent service, his attention to what we wanted, his knowledge about the areas we visited and sense of humour added to a fantastic experience for all of us.

I used Indo Vacations to primarily provide private transport for a one month trip through northern India and received excellent service.
First, the website has extensive options for different time frames and specific interests. The managing office staff was great with email response times and provided price quotes very clearly identifying what was included and what was not. You can tell they are serious about their business and nothing is sloppy; very attentive to detail. They will send the quote for your review and are happy to accommodate if you want to customize something. They were always professional and responsive any time I needed to change plans and they always let me know if there was something I needed to be aware of. Be aware that you are going to pay for the service; it’s not cheap, but it’s really helpful so you don’t end up wasting precious time out of your trip. I thought it was good value for the money. I usually plan my own trips, but I would not recommend this in India. The infrastructure is still very much in development and would be a real hassle to do on your own. Indo Vacations has recommended heritage hotels which are expensive relative to India, but average price that would be paid in USA or Europe. They were all nice and clean. (Not always in convenient locations though) If I did it again, in certain cities I would probably get some hotels that were closer walking distance to the downtown areas.
The driver, Rajender, was great; very skilled to deal with the varying roads and traffic. He was always on time and a real nice guy. Absolutely made the long drives enjoyable. He also made sure to give me advice about scams, what was safe to eat or drink to minimize chance of getting sick and really helped me out anytime I had a problem with something.
What I didn’t like: If I did it again, I would probably specify that I did not want a local guide, unless for some reason I thought it was necessary. I believe they are independently sub-contracted (don’t work for Indo vacations) and some tried to rush me through stuff that I was interested in seeing to take me to look at marked up shopping spots where they are just concerned with their own commission. I would avoid any shopping stop unless it’s some place you want to go. In general, I found that I could find the same thing the guides were trying to get me to buy in their “commissioned” store for about 30% of the price on my own by walking through the market. If you don’t care about overpaying for souvenirs then this may not be a problem for you, but I didn’t like it. Some guides were better and asked if I was interested in the shopping and I just told them “no thanks” Most of the time I would have been fine with the driver just taking me to the site and waiting for me while I checked it out. So again, just make sure to clearly specify what you do and don’t want in terms of guides. Where I would use a guide: on a nature trek in a national park. Where I would not use a guide: a museum that has signs in English that I can read myself.
Overall, I really liked the service I got from Indo Vacations; especially from my driver, Rajender. I will definitely consider using their service again if I come back for another trip to India someday. Take a look at the website. We have just experienced amazing tour of north India by our Driver Ajit Singh. It's one we will never forget. His driving was truly! amazing delivering us through the crazy traffic in india. He was so helpful couldn't do enough for us. Very cheerful and lovely company.will recommend him to all my friends thinking of making this trip. Thank you Ajit .His one for the memories.

The tour was very nice, very well organized and any problems (e.g. cancelled game drive due to villagers protests at Sariska) have been dealt with immediately.
Compliments to our driver Sarvesh, who has driven us safe- and comfortably.
He was also very helpful in those locations where there was no local guide.
We have seen a lot.
Tigers were promised, tigers were seen at Ranthambore.
The stay there can be highly recommended.
For future trips to India - Indo Vacations will definately be our first choice.

We were more than happy with the service of indovacations thanks to our driver, Satu.
Satu had a very comfortable driving style. He was very reliable and acted also as a guide. Some days we were sitting in the car for 6 hours and time went by so quickly as our conversations with the driver were so interesting. He told us a lot about the Indian culture, the country's history and its traditions. We booked a Toyota Innova, which is very convenient. Furthermore the driver cleaned the car every day.
All in all we must say that indivacations is very recommandable!
