My wife and I returned recently from a most amazing 16-day trip to Kashmir and Ladakh. Everything was arranged to perfection by Souvenir Travels India. They had arranged a spectacular trip for us. I had studied extensively and told him a route and where we wanted to stay overnight. Souvenir made excellent bookings for us, explained realistic reasons to make modifications to my route suggestions and he made very worthwhile recommendations for changes to our overnight lodgings. In the end, Souvenir was correct on all counts. The organizer and head of Souvenir is Manoj Kumar and we found him to be always smiling, positive and easy to work with. He accompanied us for about half the trip and then turned us over to a Ladakhi guide for the last part of the trip. When we were with this other guide Manoj phoned once or twice a day to ensure that we were OK and well looked after. This was astounding to us! Overall, we found Souvenir to be through, quick to respond to any needs, listening to our needs and interests, sensitive to budget, acting in a timely fashion and particularly well connected to guides and drivers. When we arrived in Ladakh Souvenir had arranged a driver who turned out to be the best commercial driver in Ladakh. At one point we ran out of cash because our credit cards and bank cards were not being recognized at ATMs or by local merchants. Without hesitation, Manoj transferred $150 to our local guide, who then withdrew the cash for us. Manoj did not ask when we would repay the funds. Manoj and Souvenir made our trip worry free, tailored to our interests, an a most comfortable and exciting trip for us. We are home with many very fond memories of our trip. Best in business. You can blindly go with them.
Did a 8 days tour of Rajasthan with my entire family. Mr. Manoj planned it meticulously for us. The Hotel Choices across all locations, the Tourist guide offered and the Cab and Driver (Mr. Ratan Singh who knew the place in and out, and also extremely punctual, trustworthy and equally safe at driving) were top notch. Manoj also did the right follow up and offered flexibility to adjust our tour based on situation. Once the token advance was paid, the company never even followed up on money matters.

Very well organised trip to Kerala. Thanks for organising such a wonderful holiday for us. We used Souvenir Travel for our Kerala adventure and I must say they are very professional and efficient in making all the arrangements. Nice selection of hotels, knowledgeable guide and especially the driver.
I would highly recommend using Souvenir Travel and would now hesitate to recommend their name to my family and friends.

Great personal service from Manoj. Hotels were exactly what we asked for. It was our first trip to Assam and Meghalaya and the Itinerary was spot on. Some excursions in Meghalaya required a whole day so I would recommend allowing extra time for a relaxed trip

Souvenir travels is indeed the best in their field. Through out our journey with them, they were very accommodating and understanding. Mr. Manoj,who was our travel agent, is meticulous at his work. He is the great force who made this trip happen so wonderfully. He planned everything so well to make our experience fun,relaxing and memorable. He made sure to meet all our wishes and requirements and at the same time, provided us with the best of services. Be it our road trips, hotels or sightseeing, everything was well curated and executed. The guides in Kochi and Munnar were excellent. They were eloquent, polite and hospitable . We didn’t have a dull moment in their company. The hotels we stayed at, were choicest of the hotels. Beautiful properties with mesmerising views. Our drivers were great as well. They made sure we felt at home,comfortable and secure. This was our first mother-daughter trip which was splendidly turned into a happy memory which will always stay in our minds and hearts. It's a wonderful relationship build with Souvenir Travels for all our future trips. We, a family of four, travelled to Bengaluru and Coorg from Delhi and Mr Manoj Kumar (Director) personally had well taken care of all the arrangements, right from air tickets, pick up at airport, stay, sightseeing at both the locations and finally dropping us back. The choice of hotels were also excellent and we never had to regret any of our stay. Vehicle was also good and we had enough space inside with our luggage. The driver acted as a guide throughout the journey and was conversant with both Hindi & English.
We cherish the whole journey just because of a well planned and organised tour operator and it will remain in our memory forever.

We did a 5 day tour in Ranthambore and Jaipur as a family of 12 with 3 kids. The tour was well planned with good logistics at both locations. The hotels were comfortable with good food. The logistics of travel were also well handled. Manoj, our contact, was responsive and attended to our requests quickly including change of the travelling vehicle and delayed drop to the railway station. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

We had a fantastic holiday at Rajasthan this month (April 2022) with Souvenir Travel India. Mr. Manoj helped us to organize the trip in very well manner. Manoj & Ram Kumar were fantastic.
My first visit back to India in 35yrs.
Visited Delhi , Jaipur , Rantamborne
( lucky to see mum & 3 tiger cubs).
Varanasi , Mumbai & Goa over 30 days.
From being personally greeted by Manoj at Delhi airport to all the local guides booked via Manoj the experience was 5 stars. There were are few hotels i wanted to stay in & this was no problem.
I cannot recomend Manoj highly enough
so much so Iam going back in Jan 2025 for a 50 day visit to India, Sri Lanka & the Maldives and Manooj is my go to and sorting out this trip. Highly Recomend.

Excellent! It was an amazing time in india, thanks to the amazing service of Souvenir travels india! They will make sure that your trip is excellent and all your wishes are fulfilled. We booked a trip to the golden triangle in northern india, and there was no place which we missed. You can fully customize your journey, also if you want to experience local traditions or cuisine they are more than happy to help you to find all the best places to go for! I have been to more than 95 countries, but this is one of the best tour companies I have ever been with on my trips :)
