Rajasthan was our long awaited tour that was full-filled with Travel Traingle associated with Flextates. We had taken a 7-night and 8 day tour package. Mr.Neeraj from Flextates has organized our entire trip including the accommodations in Jaipur, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur and Udaipur. It was an amazing experience and the best hotel was in Jodhpur (Mandore Guest House). Regarding transportation they had arranged an experienced driver (Mr. Yogender Singh) for the entire trip. Yogender was very skillful in driving and he is well versed with all the routes within Rajasthan. He knows the history too as he is a graduate in history and he explained every place in detail. Overall we had a great travel experience with Flextates. Thanks a lot for your support both Neeraj Ji and Yogender Ji😃

Flextates Media and Tourism, my Tour operator, proved to be an excellent Planner! Particularly, thankful to Neeraj Agarwal, who planned my trip and not only delivered according to my choice, but, perceptibly, caring enough to cater to all my needs! Be it fooding, lodging and advising the best!
Specific mention may be made about my emphatic requirement of a very good Driver who would accompany us for the long all inclusive eleven(11 days) tour of Rajasthan(18.10.23 to 28.10.23), of which I was bit skeptical, learning about the 'bad' or 'not so good' experiences through reviews in various travel websites as also from quite a number of my personal acquaintances! But, Neeraj of Flextates excelled in providing Mr. Ishak Khan, Driver, who became a sort of family member for us and duly felt a sense of belonging, best felt while departing at the end of the trip yesterday(28.10.2023) whenhe left us at the Airport and bid adieu!
Lovely trip planned by FLEXTATES MEDIA AND TOURISM! Sincerely, looking forward to be in a prolonged association with this Tour operator in future!

This was one of our best family trips which we had gone after a long time. We had gone for 4N/5d tour to Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Mr. Neeraj from Flextates Media and Tourism had planned a very detailed, relaxed and enjoyable itinerary for us which was not at all hectic. The hotels where we stayed (Balsamand Lake Palace, Hotel Rawalkot etc..) had great hospitality and we were treated as royals. Also our driver and guide Mr. Yogendra Singh Ji was very knowledgeable and helpful and made us visit some extra places which weren’t in the itinerary. He has great knowledge about the culture ot Rajasthan and very fun and charming person to interact with with. Thank you Mr. Neeraj and Yogendra Singh Ji for giving us a wonderful experience which we wouldn’t forget in our life time.

The Rajasthan trip was very well organised. We had complete freedom to customise the itinerary and the places to stay. Flextates gave us plenty of options in each place and ensured to book our preferred hotels. Each of the recommended hotel was very good. We requested an Innova car which was duly provided with a cooperative driver. The response of Mr Neeraj was also good as he ensured to give us the proper information and accomodate our requests even during the trip. Overall, we completed the trip without any hiccups or issues.

It was a beautiful trip planned and arranged by flextates media and tourism for my and my friends. We were 4 women on this vacation to sarey was our most important concern and was ensured 100% by Flextates team. They customised the entire trip as per our need and the pricing, when I compare to what we got out of it, was more than reasonable.

We had great time and memorable trip with Flexmates Media and Tourism. All arrangement are very well organised by Neeraj. And his personal attention was great.
Specially about Cab, Munnabhai Gujar is not only an owner or driver for a vehicle, but a true guide to the visitors of Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Being of helping nature with everyone in the family he becomes a family friend. Vehicle clean and quite workable, he himself very punctual, talkative and informative the customer enjoys a lot than expectations.
Additinally the hotel Ratan Vilas at Jodhpur was the best one, and hospitality was beyond majors.
So very happy with Flexmates Media and Tourism. Keep it up :)

Neeraj ji from Flextates gave me the best price and service. He is a very calm and patient person so coordinating with him is very easy and comfortable. We have booked many trips with him and he is very professional. Definitely recommend him.

It was our first time visiting to Rajasthan.We went for 9 days tours covering Jaipur-Udaipur-Jodhpur-Jaiselmer.All arrangements were perfectly arranged.Neeraj was constantly in touch with from start of tour and at any point of time we required any help he was there to help us. All Family members enjoyed this trip specially Jaisalmer camping.

We visited Jaipur, jodhpur, Udaipur with Ajmer dargah Pushkar brahma temple Kumbhalgarh fort and Ranakpur Jain temple on the way. Our itinerary was well planned by Neeraj and it covered all the significant places . From our vehicle and driver Yogendra Singh to all hotel rooms and food everything was very satisfying and really good. Our driver was very friendly and explained things well. Thank you Neeraj sir, we had memorable trip .

I had booked a family tour to Rajasthan with Flextates and I'm glad to share that I had an absolutely amazing experience with them. Everwas just so perfectly organized, right from hotels, private cab and sightseeing places. Special mention for the hotels they had booked at all the places, some hotels exceeded our expectations. We didn't have any issues with our motorist as well. He was always on time and very professional. If it hadn't been for our motorist Mr. Pankaj the fun would have halved, so a big call out to him. Kudos to Sunita ma'am and Mr. Neeraj Agarwal for organizing such a memorable tour. I would highly recommend Flextates as your tour operator.
