I had booked my tickets to LA via Tokyo, a break of 7 nights in Japan. I was trying to plan my stay in Japan When I came across "Thrillophilia" as I was browsing the web. I got connected to Ms Pranjal who helped me in getting the best out of our stay.
Then it was Mr Bhavik all the way, right from sending detailed itinerary , never got tired of assuring, keeping our trip in his agenda. He was practically running the entire program sitting in his office. Even before we got into our flight the entire 8 days and 7 nights stay was mailed to me
He was accessible at odd hours, even bailed us out as the QR code was not getting scanned, within minutes he sorted it out & we could proceed as planned. Everyday he would remind of the problems I might face the next day, instructions were all crystal clear so it was so easy we never felt that we were in Japan. All tickets, rides, train bookings were flawless.
Bhavik you are really great, I am through with my trip only because of you. Kudos to you.

I recently booked a Dubai tour package through your company, and while the trip included some remarkable highlights, there are several areas where improvements are necessary to provide a more seamless and enjoyable experience for future travelers.
Dcruize:
This part of the trip was quite disappointing. The cruise lacked quality in several aspects. The food was subpar, there was no music or entertainment, and the overall atmosphere felt dull and poorly managed.
Desert Safari:
This was the highlight of our trip! The safari experience was thrilling, well-organized, and thoroughly enjoyable. The driver’s professionalism and support added to the adventure, making it a standout experience. Kudos to your team for making this such a memorable part of the itinerary.
Abu Dhabi (Ferrari World & Hindu Temple Visit):
Ferrari World: The activities at Ferrari World were amazing and breathtaking. However, the morning cab driver’s behavior and service were not up to the mark, which slightly dampened the start of the day. On the positive side, the bus driver and Mr. Chauhan were highly professional and supportive, making the rest of the day enjoyable.
Hindu Temple Visit: This was a fantastic addition to the trip. However, the allotted 45-minute time slot, including security checks, was insufficient to fully appreciate the experience. I strongly recommend extending this visit to at least 1.5 hours for future itineraries.
Transportation: While the staff were accommodating, the condition of the bus was poor and did not meet the expected standards.
Underwater Zoo & Burj Khalifa:
These attractions were absolutely spectacular and provided unforgettable experiences. However, the evening driver’s behavior and service were substandard, which impacted the overall enjoyment of the day.
Sky Observatory:
The Sky Observatory was breathtaking and truly left us in awe. To enhance this experience, I suggest including tickets for the slide activities as part of the package, which would make it even more complete and enjoyable.
Overall Feedback:
The selection of attractions in the itinerary was excellent and offered diverse, memorable experiences. However, the quality of transportation and inconsistency in driver behavior require immediate attention. The Desert Safari was a standout, thanks to the supportive driver and well-organized arrangements.

Booking with Thrillophilia was a breeze! The whole process was smooth, and I found their pricing quite reasonable, especially given the limited transport options in the Andamans. While I wish they’d offered a few more hotel choices, the accommodations we had were mostly comfortable, with some real highlights like Lemon Grass Resort—a beautiful spot right on the beach that added to the experience.
Our tour coordinators were on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A special shoutout to Mr. Anwar in Port Blair, who went above and beyond to guide us and give great local tips. Shivani from Thrillophilia was also a big help throughout, providing useful information and keeping us updated, even finding alternatives when weather impacted our plans. Just a small suggestion here: a little more focus on our customization requests could make the experience feel more personal—sometimes it felt like things were moving a bit quickly to get everything booked.
For anyone heading to Andaman, here are a few tips from my experience:
Weather Readiness: Be prepared for sudden changes, especially if you’re going in monsoon season. It can affect ferries and activities, so booking ahead (which Thrillophilia can help with) is a must.
Vegetarian Options: There’s not a huge range of choices for vegetarians, so planning ahead or knowing a few spots to rely on helps.
Hotel Quality: While most places were great, Laxmi Continental Hotel on Neil Island was disappointing—basic amenities like a geyser were missing, and even after repeated requests, we didn’t get much assistance. On the bright side, GKM Grand Hotel in Port Blair was fantastic in terms of both stay and service.
Restaurant Recommendation: If you’re in Port Blair, Light House Hotel is definitely worth a try for its delicious, authentic food.

Our trip turned into nightmare bcoz of miscommunication done by the sales person Shivangi. Before booking the flight tickets we consulted with her about the drop on Friday as she confirmed us about the drop we booked flight tickets for Friday. On the second last day of the trip we were communicated that we wouldn't be given drop on Friday ( which was from Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport) bcoz the ground handling team was not informed about it by sales team. We were forced to take the drop on Thursday instead of our planned stay in Darjeeling on Thursday which was exhausting after the sight seeing.
Then we had to check other hotels while we were checking the hotels the driver told us to check hotels in Bagdogra instead of Siliguri because he didn't want to go there, as we were on the way we didn't understand,he has already headed for Bagdogra. He didn't even consulted us about the same . When we checked hotels online in Bagdogra we didn't like when we asked him to take us to Siliguri hotel,he said he has already headed for Bagdogra and he wouldn't go to Siliguri, you must check the hotels in Bagdogra only. Left without any option we searched one of the hotels , when we reached there physically we didn't like it. We didn't like that area, felt unsafe.
We asked the driver to take us to Siliguri, he started arguing with us and said he wouldn't leave the place even an inch and asked us to pay Rs.1000/- extra for that drop.
But we didn't ask him to drop us at Bagdogra, he took us there as we were unaware of the roads.
We called Shivangi regarding the same but nothing happened, we had to travel by our own on Thursday and Friday.
So clearly this isn't what we expected. When it was already confirmed at the time of booking that we would be given the drop on the said dates, We didn't get it and we felt cheated and helpless even after paying every single penny that was charged to us what we get is disappointment. We didn't get any support from the Thrillophilia bcoz the team itself showed their helplessness and ask consumers itself to suffer and adjust.
Clearly it's a no from next time onwards to Thrillophilia and would never recommend it to anyone. We booked trip for safe journey but the drivers were giving lifts to locals in our cab and The driver who was alloted us last day was eating pan masala, spitting outside while driving and the car was full of smoking odor. It was worst experience of the ground handling team, Sharmilaji called my wife and started interrogating her about the itinerary while we were exhausted after 8hrs long drive which we felt unprofessional. Entire trip experience was ruined.

I am extremely disappointed with Thrillophilia and waited a whole month after my trip to provide a fair and composed review.
I booked a 12-day solo trip to Vietnam and Cambodia through Thrillophilia. Initially, the consultant who contacted me went MIA, causing a delay of 2 days. During this period, the travel price increased from 1.05 Lac to 1.18 Lac with no consideration for price adjustment. Despite this, I proceeded as long as they ensured a safe and comprehensive trip. Unfortunately, key sites from the approved itinerary were missing during the actual trip, including the ceramic village, Hoam Kiem Lake, Huc Bridge, Museum of Sa Huynh Culture, and most notably, the Surprise Caves during the Ha Long Bay Cruise.
Prior to payment, communication was frequent, even late at night. Post-payment, I had to constantly follow up for vouchers. They outsourced my travel to Indo-China Travels and Thirilophilia never bother to compare the travel itinerary they made for me and what came from Indo-China Travels. And Indo-China SPOCs send me their version of the itinerary literally while I was on my way to the Airport to catch my flight for Vietnam. And from this moment on, Thrillophilia SPOCs were unavailable to me.
Now I want to stress here that I am absolutely happy with the Indo China Travels and they had been extremely supportive and adjusted my itinerary as much as possible. However, Surprise cave was an extra cost ($40) so they refused to give it to me last minute but I had paid for it to Thrillophilia in my travel package hence was cheated out of it.
Intercity flights within Vietnam were scheduled very early, like 7 AM and the hotels do not allow check in before 2PM, they never bothered to ensure early check-in arrangements for me, meaning I was sitting for hours in hotel lobby wasting hours, not to mention I was tired most of my journeys instead of being rested and relaxed.
As an avid traveler, I have had better experiences with other travel agents for both national and international trips. This was my first and definitely last booking through Thrillophilia. I will not repeat the mistake of booking with them again.

I had a very ordinary and disappointing experience with Thrillophilia and will not recommend it to anyone. Once you make their payment, they will not respond to your queries or make any changes to their “fixed itinerary”.
My wife and I had taken their tour package for 6 days during our trip to South Africa. Vivek, our travel agent, was available while making bookings at the start but then stopped taking calls or responsibility for our trip once I made the payment. Key issues we faced:
1. Was promised a luxury Sedan for self drive but got a MUV instead. Had to pay extra from my pocket for dropping off the car at a separate location, which wasn’t conveyed to us at any point.
2. Did not pick up calls or messages during the stay, which was irresponsible and dangerous as I was travelling with my wife on their itinerary in a foreign continent.
3. Booked non refundable tickets to various places without even asking for time preference and told that the timings cannot be changed, while in reality they could easily be modified.
4. Lied to us about facilities in the hotel we preferred to stay instead of what he had recommended. Told us that it didn’t have a restaurant, while it had one.
Having travelled a bit before this, I found Thrillophilia’s experience to be average at best. The only benefit was that their bookings saved us some time before our trip. However the premium they charged for it was not worth it at all. The worst part was the lack of ownership and disregard for their customer's convenience once the money was received.

Thrillophilia is pathetic and very unprofessional. There agents first provide low prices, accept our all the requests and when we try to finalize everything they suddenly change all the itinerary and quotes as new higher prices. And just give us a fake excuse that the agent was new and made a mistake. That is not acceptable at all. Don't try to book your trip with them. Especially from Mr. Mohit Modwani. The company shows he has cater more than 3400 trips and than suddenly he becomes a one month old employee who made a mistake. They just lie

I booked a trip to Singapore with Thrillophilia in September for three people, expecting everything to go smoothly. Unfortunately, it was a disaster.
Booking and Visa Issue:
Before booking, I confirmed with Thrillophilia that they would help with visas for all three travelers, including one person traveling from Canada to India on an Indian passport just before the trip. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. However, after paying a 30% deposit, they stopped responding to my calls and emails. It took over a week to finally speak to their visa agent, who said they couldn’t help. Despite this, the sales team kept giving false promises and ignored my messages. After more than a month of frustration, just 15 days before the trip, they admitted they couldn’t help and said they wouldn’t refund my deposit if I couldn’t get the 1 visa on my own.
Trip and Refund Problems
I managed to arrange the visa myself and went on the trip, but there were other problems during the trip as well. After returning, I asked for a refund for the visa charges they had taken for the third person. This became another hassle. I raised a ticket, but it was marked as “resolved” without any action after a week. It took 1.5 months of emailing and following up to finally get the refund.
Compensation Offer After My Review
Their Customer Experience team did finally contact me after I posted the reviews, but it felt more like an attempt to manage their reputation than to address the actual issues. They apologised for the problems and mentioned they would penalize the sales team, but this didn’t seem to address the real concerns. They offered me 3% as compensation in exchange for removing the review, which I refused to do and decided to keep the review online to ensure others are aware of the issues I encountered.
Conclusion
Thrillophilia’s poor communication, unfulfilled commitments, and unprofessional behavior made this experience stressful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable agency.

They offered me 3% as compensation in exchange for removing the review, which I refused to do and decided to keep the review online to ensure others are aware of the issues I encountered.
Conclusion
Thrillophilia’s poor communication, unfulfilled commitments, and unprofessional behavior made this experience stressful. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable agency.

I recently took a trip to Manali with Thrillophilia. My experience was unfulfilling to say the least. They lack planning and their communication skills are nil. They don’t reveal half the things before you book the trip like the check in time for hotels. We had to wait for 6 hours before we could check into the hotel room. As a solo traveller, I was not informed about my roommate. We as a group travelling together had to internally decide about our room arrangements which was a tedious process. Their lack of accountability is utterly frustrating. When you go to them with an issue, they don’t even respond. My GOC called Vidhi Gurjar failed to provide any information and was absolutely useless for almost everything. We paid for the trip so that we can travel hassle free. But she made it impossible to enjoy the trip with the calls that went unanswered. After a point, we had to rely on the customer service to solve our issues. Mr. Priyanshu was quite helpful. Their itinerary is misleading to the point that they don’t provide meals for the days you travel from and to the pickup point which they conveniently leave out of their itinerary. Moreover they don’t have any travel coordinator present with us during the course of the trip. We were provided with incorrect contact details of our travel bus and their numbers. We were left to figure it out on our own. When we asked for a travel coordinator, they sent a local guide called Sourav who had absolutely no authority. However, with him and the driver Mr. Pal, our unbearable trip became a little better. The absence of an agent from their end led to confusion as everyone wanted to visit different locations and we ended up deviating from the original itinerary. I paid the same amount as everyone in the trip but I was assigned a triple sharing room whereas everyone paying the same amount of money were given a choice for a double sharing room. When I asked my travel agent Apoorva about it, she failed to give me any satisfactory explanation regarding the same while also ignoring my calls. Finally, after a lot of help from Mr. Priyanshu I managed to get a double sharing room. The trip was not enjoyable due to having to deal with constant lack of arrangements from their end. They had different modes of communication for everything and there was utter chaos. Worst trip ever. I will never travel with them again and I suggest no one should.

*My experience with Thrillophilia right from planning the itinerary for andaman island trip till execution was very smooth and incredible. We finally confirmed our tour with thrillophilia after taking to Ms.Yashasvi we gained confidence and trust that we are paying at the right place and right from working out & finalising every details of trip with Mr. Lakshya Suthar (operation executive) for andaman trip, he handled our queries with quick and prompt responses and was always there for any assistance m. We didn’t feel any hassle throughout the trip, timely schedule, safe accommodation, complimentary activities and scooter rides everything offered in the amount they charged was economical and perfect. I will highly recommend Thrillophilia for anyone’s who’s planning a trip to Andaman or anywhere they have packages for. Thanks lakshya and yashasvi for making us believe in thrillophilia, it was the best choice.
