The customer support is pathetic . I haven’t yet gone to the journey but my experience has already started going dismal .
They have a team of bunch incapable freshers employed to assist people .
They somehow do not understand instructions and are busy fetching targets.
Once they book you it is even pathetic .
Please dont get yourself booked by miss neyanshi(sales) and later assisted by shashank (operations) . I am pissed off to extremes with kind of unprofessional behaviour and complacent approach of these guys .

It was good experience. We enjoyed a lot. Guide was also very friendly. The view was super. Food was good and but with the vehicle we had faced a little problem.

Ms. Varsha helped us planned itenary very well. She was very good with her job. Gave the best possible price for our customized package. We are very happy with the service. Our trip went very smooth. Thanks alot Varsha, Saurabh and Ms. Pum from phuket who helped us in everything to make sure our trip is smooth and the whole Thrilophilia team. Thankyou. I felt the experience was great and amazing not only because of the beautiful place that I visited but due to the awesome response by thrillophilia.
They made sure the leisure day was fun filled by sharing the details of the area where we stayed.
They let us customize the package and beautifully arranged and executed the plans. The overall experience was awesome

Excellent experience with Thrillophilia. I am a solo female traveler and am happy that I chose this operator for my Vietnam tour. It was a 9 day tour which covered most of the popular places like Hanoi, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang, Ninh Binh. The itinerary was very well made and enough time was given to explore with the group and also on my own.
The hotels were great with every amenity I could ask for, and the food at every location was fantastic!
The local guides in each place we're knowledgeable and helpful.
I will definitely recommend Thrillophilia to other travelers.

Thrillopilia had this trip well planned. I accidentally
stubbled across Thrillopilia while searching about Spiti. I Dropped an enquiry and Anshuman reverted immediately and provided all the details. The tempo traveller was in a very good condition and the driver was well experienced.
The travel guide was very knowledgeable and covered all the places mentioned places in the itinerary. All the restaurants, Homestays were excellent, served with
hygienic and delicious food. We had at most fun, the
package price was reasonable and it was worth every penny. The local home stay people made sure we were comfortable in the home stays. We felt very safe
throughout the trip. Kudos to everyone who were involved in planning for this trip. They have done a great
job. Mr. Sunil, the tour guide. We all enjoyed his company and he took utmost care to make this trip as safe as possible. Vishal from the ops team made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. This was my first association with Thrillopilia and looking forward to

The best trekking experience with Thrillophilia
Chadar Trek'23
From registration to completion of Chadar trek.. it’s been a roller coaster.. but I am glad to get my trek organized by @thrillophilia and geographic tours.. every member of the team, right from the booking partners to the porters were on their toes day and night..
I could not have got my trek done successfully without the support of a few people like Parth and Anshuman, from the ground team, Rahul Bisht, and Shyamal Leo from the support team of Thrillophilia, Mr. Salamat sir and his team from Grographic tour, the head guide of our team, Mr.Sonam and the porters..✨
All these people were just a call away whenever I needed any help🫶🏻
From taking me to the doctor in the midnight to giving us the best food during the extreme cold temperature that went beyond -25 to -30 degrees.
Thank you for the endless support and encouragement throughout the trek that made me proudly reach the summit and hoist the National Flag with pride ✨

We were very impressed with our driver Samad. Great work ethic. Due to unforeseen delays we might have missed seeing the sunset. He managed to get us there at just about the time. Keep up the good work!
