The worst agency to rent a vehicle from. They are just focussed on minting money and they are least bothered about providing decent services. I hired a tempo traveller from Jaipur to Haridwar. The vehicle broke down on the National Highway because of the old and outlasted tyres, the Stepney had no air, and the driver BabuLal had no sense to make the tyre or get it changed. They did not arrange any backup vehicle. The owner of the agency ( Heritage cabs Jaipur),Virendra had no courtesy to apologise or rectify for the gross problems that we faced en-route, rather he had the audacity to deny all of his mistakes and didn't talk about any sort of compensation. Hence,DO NOT BOOK VEHICLE FROM HERITAGE CABS .

We booked them for our trip to Ranthambore for 2 days for a group of 12 friends and we must say it was an amazing holiday. We enjoyed a lot as vehicle was in great condition and driver Mr Ram.is a lovely person

Virendra Singh was a wonderful guide and very knowledgeable. He was patient while we spent time at a few sites to take photos. We recommend asking Verindra to help you with your trip to Jaipur.

I Know this place from a long time and have seen happy customers returning to their land after their journey.
The owner and staff are very good and their price is also reasonably low.
Quality of service offered by them are best in terms of price also they spend a lot of efforts on maintaining their vehicles, so customers can get hazzlefree service.
Their customer support team of Jaipur Tempo Traveller is ready 24X7 for any aid.
Also they provide vehicle on Urgent requirement too....

Just returned from a trip to Kashmir and Punjab while using their services. The vehicle was in good condition and very well maintained. Driver Ramniwas Went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended 😊

We Recently Completed our Rajasthan Tour by Luxury Bus. It was a Good Experience Specially with Comfirtable Vehicle and well Behaved Driver. Though it's a long Journey During Rajasthan Trip, but this Vehicle Made our Trip more Easy and we didn't felt Tired During the Journey.........

We hired Tempo Traveller from Mr Singh for our Rishikesh Tour for River Rafting with friends and really enjoyed. The Rates offered were the best in the market and the best part was the Condition of the Vehicle which was upto date and fantastic driver Mr Ramniwas. He was very cooperative and knew the places very well. We would definitely use them again.
