Coastal views with the skyline are nice but make sure the weather is nice. We went on the wrong afternoon when it was very hazy. Probably best to go in the evening.

Nariman Point is the last point of Mumbai & a great place to watch sunsets. In addition you can have a pleasant walk as well as some snacks sold by vendors.

Its a good place in south Mumbai and next to the sea with higher rise buildings around. But very crowded. Quite romantic though !

I must admit I was not bowled over by this hotel. The location is excellent but there were things that could be improved upon.
The front desk took an absolute age to check us in and there was then a mix up with what card deposit was required (you can waive this) and took a long time to get money refunded. The girl on reception didn't seem assured of what she was doing.
Also, I wanted to take a picture of marine drive but the room windows don't open (fair enough) so I was getting bad reflections. I went up to the top viewing point floor but it was worse as the glass was dirty up there!
All in all, a little disappointing for me.

Memorable stay. Since my wife accompanied me this time, they went out of the way to welcome her.
• I had one of the companies where I am on Board to have our Bd mtg at this hotel. Top floor has the mtg room with a breathtaking view of the ocean( Arabian sea). Excellent faclities for video conferencing etc.
Highly recommended. Location of the Trident Nariman Point is ideal, close to the business district in Mumbai.
Charges are very very reasonable.
At the Frangipani restaurant, please ask the Chef to prepare 2 Bengali ( Kolkatta) dishes for you viz Kosha Mangsho(mutton) and Macher jhol(fish). Delicious.

This strip is always busy and is great for taking photos out to sea or city skyline - and sunsets. Cooling down spot after sundown or for morning walks.

Though a commercial place in the heart of Mumbai ,its the Sea which is the attraction for visitors and a cool winter morning will present one with an amazing view of the Sunrise-a blob of gold popping up from the blue horizon and splashing its colors of orange and red in the sky. The crowd comprises morning walkers and pet dogs whereas the evening sun also sets the sky on fire during sun-down. However, the crowds are more in the evening, so also the traffic and the noise.
