India's Largest Amusement Park EsselWorld is located in Gorai Mumbai. EsselWorld is very popular with domestic tourists. It can be reached by road as well as by taking a ferry from Marve Beach Malad or Gorai Creek Borivali. About PAN INDIA PARYATAN PRIVATE LIMITED (PIPPL) PIPPL belongs to the Essel Group of companies, owns and operates two amusement parks viz. 'EsselWorld' and 'Water Kingdom' at Mumbai. EsselWorld is the largest amusement park in the country & 'Water Kingdom', is one of the largest Theme Water Parks in Asia, are located on 64 acres of land. Since the past 25 years EsselWorld has been responsible for setting a benchmark in the amusement park industry in India. The Island of Fun is located on the costal Gorai village in northwest Mumbai, a scenic setting injected with wholesome thrill & entertainment. The 42 acre complex boasts of over 71 attractions designed for entertainment of all age groups- perfectly justifying the title of India's largest amusement park. With time EsseWorld has evolved and added fantastic elements such as Shot N Drop, Top spin, Monsters in the Mist, Ice skating rink, Bowling alley to name a few. Nice Place
Had a good time here with friends and family. The park was very neat and clean. Everything was very well maintained and the overall customer service was also good. The staffs were good and friendly. Overall I recommend this place for fun and water rides. Carry sun glasses and a cap on sunny days.

Enjoyed the time here. Nice variety of rides, nice food options, nice playful atmosphere, nice customer service, nice overall experience. Recommended for family and friends and also the boat ride from the Gorai ferry was fun and we all had a good time.

Good water and amusement park
1. Good and big water park and amusement park. Rides are good and food is complementary. 2. Popular attractions include Rio Grande (fun train for kids), Monsters in the Mist (horror themed ride), Aqua Dive (splashing roller coaster), Shot n Drop (drop tower), a bowling alley and multiple eateries. 3. Park is neat and clean however you have to wait in queue for all rides. 4. Duration 6-7 hrs and carry sun glasses, cap and sun screen lotion. 5. Drink lot of water as you may be dehydrated. 6. Lockers are provided to store stuff.

great place to enjoy

Though this place is a little far from mumbai city, it is a great place to enjoy time with friends and family. The rides available suit children of all ages. adults will also have a great time here. this park has rollercoasters to simple rides. this park is great as there is not much waiting time here for rides unlike in other places.

Essel World is one of the oldest Amusement parks in India, I have know. Along with Appu Ghar and Fantasy Land, but this one survived.

I have visited Essel World more than 10 times, and it never gets old. The rides are average but yes, they have added a few more rides as the competition has increased.

This is good chillout amusement park, not so thrilling but mid-thrill rides and nicely maintained place.

Location : Mumbai
Ticket : 900 Rs.
How to reach : BY car, bus or Ferry.

India's largest Amusement Theme Park

Had been to this amusement park in Gorai a long back ago. This amusement park is located close to Water Kingdom.

This amusement is visited by locals as well as non locals. It is suitable for all ages. This amusement park has roller coasters, vertical drop, mirror maze, bumper car ride, ice skating, hedge maze etc. It also has an interactive bird park which is a new attraction. Bollywood movies and serials were shot here. It often gets crowded during the weekends. Events too are being organized here. There are small eating joints, restaurants etc. Had enjoyed roaming around the entire park and going on the thrilling rides as a school going child.

This amusement park is an ideal place for families, couples, children as well as friends.

My Favorite Place is Essel World

I have been to Essel world with my family after Nine years. Many of the slide is change while going there i was memorising my previous experience of essel world i could remember some of the things. When i reached there i was happy because i love slides but wen i started sitting on slide i really enjoyed. Rainbow, Thunder, Bhoot Bunglow i really enjoyed n the most important which i like the most is CO's (Bowling) i tried it for the first time n i like it. my over all experience was good i was tired while coming back to home but now feeling like going again out.................. Missing Essel World

Best Amusement Park in Mumbai Region

Esselworld is the best amusement park till date in mumbai region, lots of activities and rides for all age group persons, specially the Shoot n Drop, thunder, enterprise, monster etc which are much much thrilling rides... a good place to spend with your family and friends for a single day.. park is lit up nicely at night....

I got best discount deal through groupon..... visit the place and have fun.....

Doesn't worth the money

Been there after reading all the details. But reality is the ticket ( 590/- now a days on weekedns) appeard to be an entry charge with soem complementry rides.
Many things what I wanted to enjoy were paid on every round basis. There are names to list like Bowling, ICE sketing, video games and many more are all chargable.
So paying around 600 per head just for rides is too much while you will not be able to enjoy them all due to crowd and big queue.

My experience at Essel World was thrilling!

It’s a great holiday spot to hangout with crazy friends or family...

One will get the amazing and thrilling experience here.

My recommendation would be for TOPSPIN and the thunder machine to try , but to only those who are not afraid of 360° rotation and watching everything upside down.😅

From my first Ferry Ride to those breathe taking roller coasters, I thoroughly enjoyed all of it!

Food was good too...

Can't wait to go back with my friends!
